1 /5 Lacey Huntley: I came into your salon Thursday evening to get a gel manicure and my brows waxed. The appointment started out fine but Iām 99% sure that the gal that did my nails did not understand anything I was saying or asking for. Which wasnāt an issue at first. But as she was painting my nails she did 3 coats of color on my left hand and only 1 coat on the other hand. I tried to let her know that she only did one on my right hand and there are spots on my nails that you can see my nails because she didnāt do the second coat. I also let her know that my nails are pretty thin naturally so after she used the dremel they really needed that second coat of color so they wouldnāt break. She just ignored me and started with the top coat. At the time I just let it go cause I thought would be fine and Iām not normally one to complain. But as soon as I got home I broke two nails opening a chip bag. Then Sunday I broke another nail opening my door to my house. I had to file down the broken nails so they werenāt sharp. Also on the thumb on my left hand, the nail polish is not cured to my nail correctly due to the polish being too thick since it wasnāt cured between the 2nd and 3rd coat. I have sent 2 emails and a voicemail without any responses. I live almost 2 hours away which is why I havenāt walked into the shop to talk about this problem.
