1 /5 Rachel Pea: I got my brows laminated here for the first time. They looked good immediately after, but something just seemed off. My brows felt like scabs and my skin around started to crack and peel. I followed the aftercare instructions entirely. Now, two weeks later, my eyebrow hairs are bent at crazy angles and sticking out everywhere. I cannot get them to lay flat and look good no matter what I try. They’re also starting to fall out. I reached out on Instagram and waited quite awhile for a response.. no resolution still. I’ve been reading and it sounds as though my eyebrows were definitely over processed and now they look HORRIBLE. I’m so sad. And the fact that I haven’t been offered an apology/advice/solution… that’s just poor service.
