april H Montie Evans was amazing! She took time to listen to my hair needs and wants. Communicated well with a plan. My hair turned out exactly the way I wanted it to, probably even better. Had a great relaxing time. She was so gentle combing through my hair. Sweet personality and very passionate about making sure you love your hair before you leave. Definitely going to be a returning customer!

Lisa Clegg Tina Ring was great, she listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and gave great suggestions for transitioning to grey as subtly and naturally as possible. I am happier with my hair than I have been in months. Very happy customer.

A W I have seen Shannon and Tina; both are such lovely ladies! They listen to what I’m looking for and let me know honestly what they think and I have never been disappointed with their work! They always leave my hair feeling amazing and fresh!!

Jake Allen I have been going there for a couple years now and I have had a few different people cut my hair. They all take there time and strive for perfection even with a high and tight. I make appointments with Daisy now I really enjoy the conversation and the way she makes sure it is perfect and does not rush.

Devin Boggs I go to the Parlor exclusively nowadays to get my hair cut. They definitely take care of you here and make sure you get the cut that looks best on you. Great stylists and kind people!

Sarah Alcaraz Went today for a childs haircut. I dont remember the womans name but she was in the back. My sons hair was completely messed up. The top and the back were so uneven. We had to go to another barber shop to get his hair fixed. Would NOT recommend. Recommend going down the road to Freestyle Barber.

Iris Ruiz I have seen Amy for services as an estetician and massage therapist and she is amazing at both. She has so much experience and is a professional at what she does. Whenever I schedule a massage with her, she never disappoints. She maintains the perfect pressure on the body. I always feel relief and relaxed after her massages. I have also seen her for body waxing and she is very thorough in getting all hair out and fast. I recommend her if anyone needs any type of waxing and or massage!

Janelle Favis Got my first bikini wax today with Amy, she is awesome! The results are far better than I imagined. I was so nervous and was anticipating a lot of pain but it was such a breeze. I love her vibe, she is very knowledgeable and professional but still fun and put all my anxieties at ease right away. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back to do a full Brazilian next time! Thanks Amy for your kindness and great results!

Tiffany Rohdenburg Emily is a wizard! She transformed my curls and made me feel like a million bucks.

Emily Wenzel Emily is a GODDESS and my favorite hairstylist. I no longer live in the Tri Cities, but still try to schedule an appointment with her whenever Im back visiting family, because she cuts my hair better than anyone else. Shes not afraid of your curls, and she can somehow figure out the curl pattern even when its sad and grown out and limp. Im convinced shes magic!

Erica Moy I am very picky about my haircuts, but I have been going to Emily for over a year now and she cuts my hair exactly the way I like it every time. Even though she specializes in curly hair, I have straighter hair and she does a fantastic job. I highly recommend getting your haircut from her!

Jill Sanchez Lavonn has done my eyebrows for a few years. She does an excellent job!! She just tattooed eye liner on my eyes and I love it! She’s very experienced. I’d highly recommend her!!

Rachel Pea I got my brows laminated here for the first time. They looked good immediately after, but something just seemed off. My brows felt like scabs and my skin around started to crack and peel. I followed the aftercare instructions entirely. Now, two weeks later, my eyebrow hairs are bent at crazy angles and sticking out everywhere. I cannot get them to lay flat and look good no matter what I try. They’re also starting to fall out. I reached out on Instagram and waited quite awhile for a response.. no resolution still. I’ve been reading and it sounds as though my eyebrows were definitely over processed and now they look HORRIBLE. I’m so sad. And the fact that I haven’t been offered an apology/advice/solution… that’s just poor service.

thedayswithdee The girls are really sweet there! But I wasnt impressed with either of the lash techs. I saw both of them for lash extensions and the job was average. With both times my lashes fell out two to three days after getting them done. For the price point, its not what I was looking for. Wouldnt go back or recommend.

Meriah Rodriguez Aurora did such a great job on my hair. My hair is long, loosely curly, and difficult, but Aurora was extremely thorough and patient in both coloring and cutting my hair with precise sectioning. After all that and then some, she had no problem styling my hair. You can tell she takes pride and enjoys her profession!

Allese Berry Best place ever. I will never go to another salon. Kylie is seriously a master of the craft. I get my hair done with highlights here and she is fast, efficient, nice to chat with and gives a very very fair price. I highly recommend Kylie.

Maritza Mendoza After having a horrible experience at another salon that gave me a nasty copper color, when I asked for blonde, I was nervous to ever add color to my hair again. My plan was to grow out the color and stay natural forever until I met Jessica at B Hive salon! My natural hair color is dark brown, grassy, thick, and curly/wavy. Its hard to work with so I usually have it back in a braid. I wanted to go lighter by adding some blonde, ash, and light brown into my hair and I got exactly what I wanted and more (goodbye copper colored hair). Jessica was able to cut, deep condition, blow dry, and style my hair in less than an hour! It usually takes me at least an hour to style my hair alone, not including blow drying. I have zero complaints! Im so impressed with Jessicas flawless work I have been receiving so many compliments on my hair and I couldnt be happier! As for the salon it is kid friendly, offers free light refreshments, and has a "lay back and relax" atmosphere. As a stressed college student I enjoyed my time here plus the price for my cut, color, deep condition(olaplex), and style was very affordable and reasonable. If you are looking for someone you can trust, cares for your wants, and your hair needs I recommend Jessica. She offers free consultations and told me which products to use to keep my color beautiful and hair healthy. I live 120 miles away and will forever go to this place for Jessica to work her magic.

Tiffany Clarno Gabi was amazing! I went in asking for a pixie cut and she made sure I was completely happy with my hair before I left. She was super friendly and made me feel like I had known her my whole life. I will definitely be going back to her for any future appointments. Highly recommend!

Jordanne Burke Maria is a miracle worker! I’d made the mistake of getting my hair cut at a Great Clips and came home crying. I’m pretty sure I could have cut it better with no experience. Even though Maria was booked, she managed to squeeze me in between appointments and fix the disaster. It’s beyond better than I could have expected! I’ll be recommending her to everyone I know.

Kaylee Waters Sammie is so amazing! She has been doing my hair since 2017 and I only allow her to touch my hair! Her specialty is color and I recommend her to ANYONE! B4 is so clean and chill I feel instantly relaxed. Love it here!

allison trujillo I have followed Edith to three different spots over the years because she is the best. I trust her completely and always feel my best when I leave. I have long hair and a lot of hair and she delivers every time. Not only does she do my hair but my 6 year old daughters hair. She is patient , sweet and a perfectionist . Edith makes you feel like family. Highly recommend to men, woman and kids!! Brandy is also so welcoming and I’ve seen the smiles on peoples faces when they leave the building.

Amanda Bridger Edith is seriously the BEST hairstylist!! She has been doing my hair for years and I will continue to go to her because she never disappoints me. I always look forward to my next appointment with her! :)

Ashlyn Huff Lacey did an amazing job! She got me in last min. Best hair stylist in the Tri Cities! I have very long dark hair and she took great care of it. It’s hard for me to trust many people to touch my hair but she was able to transform my long dead stringy hair to beautiful bouncy and shiny with still keeping it long. Would strongly recommend!

Rebekkah Katona Im visiting from Arizona for my wedding, I got my hair done before coming to Washington. One of my hair extensions came lose before my wedding & I needed someone to replace it. I called so many salons before finally finding Lacy. Lacy was so friendly & actually came in on her day off to fix it for me! I cant express how thankful I am that she took the time out of her day off to help me. If I lived here I would use her for all my hair needs just based on this one experience. Absolutely amazing & a life saver! Thank you so much!!

Me Me Lacy is awesome! She took excellent care of my hair. I am very happy with my results. I wanted to bring my summer blonde down to a more natural looking shade and give it some depth. She put in low lights and highlights that gave me the exact result I was looking for. She also respected my request not to cut too much of my hair off. She is a very nice, personable lady who is also a very talented hair colorist/stylist. I expressed to her that one of the reasons I chose to see her was due to the way she handled a negative review she received. She laughed and said she had tried to get it removed due to the photos not being what she did. The photos are what that ladies hair looked like before she saw her. Anyway, I wanted her to know that not all negative reviews result in a negative outcome. I am super happy I chose to see her! I tried posting my before and after photos. I keep getting an error message. :/ I will try again later. Thank you Lacy! I love my hair!

Dori Z. Rhynalds I hardly ever leave reviews unless someone is exceptionally good or bad. In this case, it’s the latter. After great experience with Cyndy, who referred me to Cassandra due to wanting extensions, I had eventually a really disturbing situation with the owner Cassandra who admitted that the extensions she used on me were defective and faulty. (Her words not mine.) She said she would get them replaced by manufacturer. She later comes back to me and says the manufacturer will not replace them. She gave me several reasons why- but all but one were totally inapplicable and invalid and the one reason that had validity did not explain the severity of the problem at all . She did not work on my behalf to resolve this despite her admitting it was a product problem. didn’t try to work on my behalf to resolve this amicably. I went back to get the product back to try to resolve on my own. She sent her husband to give me back the product- and he literally mocked me and was incredible rude. His behavior was that of a petulant 15 year old. (Life too too short to deal with drama like this.) He acted as if he knew details of my situation- which he didn’t. Statements made to be were off base- and incorrect. His behaviors was deplorable for anyone to ever treat any client. (I’ve never been treated that way my entire life. ) Please also note she was “bait and switch” on the requirements/ cost/ upkeep for hair extensions- she presented one plan up front and then changed the frequency of needs once we got going, increasing costs sharply. I’ve had extensions from others, it’s never been like this. Regardless of the core problem, which might have been fixable with good customer service, it was the poor response/ behavior etc is what makes this interaction and situation with this business totally unacceptable. When you have a problem, you want a business to try to be reasonable with you, not stick it to you. Which is what she did. For all I know, she didn’t put them in correctly. But we never got to resolve due to the horrific response. Meanwhile, she left me in a lurch prior to a major event with my hair looking terrible due to the extensions issues. A good business personal doesn’t leave a client hanging - and treated poorly. The unprofessionalism here is notable and disturbing. Finally, as a more minor side note, Cassandra is constantly late for appointments which is frustrating and unprofessional. (She is often not even there yet during appointment time.) I am not the only one who knows about and noticed this. Its pretty disrespectful of a client’s time to not be on time or prepared for appointments. So, be cautious. If things go fine it might be fine. But, if things go wrong (which can happen with hair), don’t expect her to stand by her word, her work, her products etc and do not expect to be treated in a professional manner.

Jana Jondahl Cassandra has been cutting and coloring/highlights my hair now for over 2 years. We moved to the area and its honestly kind of intimidating to trust people with your hair. I feel very lucky! My hair was brittle and had been falling out (probably due to stress and age). She recommended the Aveda product line which Ive used exclusively now for 2 years. I just left there today and I knew she would be so excited to see the results because my hair is in the best shape its ever been. I attribute that to the quality products she uses but more importantly, her professional application to my hair in particular. Her skill set is something that is earned over time and again, I just feel grateful that I found her. Shes very fun to chat with, the salon is beautiful, she is punctual and accommodating. Lastly I feel like her pricing is appropriate for the quality received. Basically, nobody else is touching my hair ;)

Hunter Knox Cyndy is the best stylist in Tri-Cities! If you have curly hair and want highlights, you will find no one better. The salon is comfortable and always clean.

Lizzie Liz I called three times to make an appointment at The Mint Salon. An employee answered the phone and did not even say the name of the Salon and I asked to make an appointment and she hung up the phone when I attempted to try make an appointment with a salon for my hair. I was unable to book an appointment on-line and I thought that the Mint Salon employee was totally rude to me. I would NOT recommend the Mint Salon and Skincare - they never call you back and they are extremely rude haircare company.

Susannah Moore I see Payton for regular facials and what I love is they are an hour and a half. But time flies when your face is being pampered and hands and arms and head massaged. Im currently seeing her for dermaplaning and my skin looks brand new each time. Payton is professional and has a quiet and easy manner for these services. Last visit I wore my pajamas because I wanted to be as cozy as possible on her warm snuggly table. Its always sad when its over, the facial lymphatic draining is so appreciated, done with every facial. Prices are fair and worth every penny. I love the little shop and location, so easy to find, quiet, and private.

Tanaya Brown I got my spray tan done by Tiffany and I cannot tell you how beyond satisfied I am! I have searched around for many products that match my skin tone well and are convenient enough for me not to ruin and I have finally found a solution! It’s Tiffany’s rapid spray tan! Not only were my results incredible, she is the definition of professional but she also knows how to connect and make you feel good! I’m thinking I’m going to have to start budgeting in spray tans every month because I’m 3 days into my tan and it still looks perfect! I wish I had a photo for proof but not even pictures could do this tan justice! Just go see Tiffany!

Alaina Morgan Alexa was so warm and welcoming. She fixed my haircut I got somewhere else and helped me pick color and highlights. I have gotten so many compliments for my hair since and I loved chatting with her too!

Jennifer Simper They keep their salon very clean. It isnt always totally busy since it is up to the stylists when they work which I appreciate.

Tara Shaner Molly did a fantastic job on my naturally curly hair. We just moved here, so it had been six months since my last cut. She nailed it with only a vague description. Super, duper pleased.

Anna Hilty Audi, the owner, is by far THE BEST in the biz! She is so professional yet caring and explains everything to you as you go! She has been doing my hair for almost a year and a bit and she is just THE BEST. If you are looking for someone who can do what you are requesting, go to her! She never fails to produce quality results and at a fair price and timeframe. I love Audi and her salon. It is a great space to go, get away for a bit and pamper yourself!!!!!!!

Beth Allred I have been going to Audi for 4 years! She does an amazing job with my color and I love the way she styles my hair with a blowout! I won’t go anywhere else!

Maryedith Domingez It had been years since I went into a salon but I recently wanted to change up my look, booking with Audi at Illume beauty was the best decision ever! I had never done such a big change like this before and I’m so happy with the results! The salon was so nice and clean, I was a little anxious about the change but Audi was so nice and patient with me. She explained everything she was doing as she did it and answered all my questions. She made sure I liked the look and told me to tell her if I didn’t like something and she would change it. If it was the cut or the tone, she would change it. I seriously recommend Audi, you can tell she loves what she does by the quality of her work. I’ll attach my before and after pics so yall can see her work!

Pam Newton They take walk-ins, but twice I went there, and no stylists were there. The receptionist was styling her hair and really didnt like me interrupting her. Wont go back there.

Tiffany Jones Went in a couple weeks ago with my elderly mother to schedule a haircut for her. It was afternoon and there was one woman working there. She asked if we had appts and we said no we just need to schedule a haircut. She hesitated and appeared to give us a look over before stating everyone was gone and took their appointment books and because of that she couldnt schedule an appointment for us. I just looked at my mom and signaled to leave as it was just immediately uncomfortable. I think she sensed my dismay and then said " I can take your number and have someone call you to schedule an appointment" so we left my phn number. She then kind of laughed it off and said " Id take you but Im expecting someone in a few minutes. " The whole experience was weird and disappointing. I wondered...well why didnt she schedule us with her for another time? Never received a call back from anyone.

Angela Gray All the gals in this shop are amazing. Rebecca is my preferred pick and she goes out of her way to make me feel completely at home and listens to what I want for my hair and does exactly that. Highly recommend Hair Studio West in West Richland.

Bonney Bence Jen has been cutting my hair for 13 years. Never have I been disappointed. She has become more than a hairdresser to me and my family. I highly reccomend her.

Kelly Osborne This salon is amazing! Jen and Larissa have been cutting and coloring my hair for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. They are always professional and also have reasonable prices. They work as a team to take care of you. I also get my eyebrows waxed here. Never once been disappointed!
