5 /5 Ashlyn Huff: Lacey did an amazing job! She got me in last min. Best hair stylist in the Tri Cities! I have very long dark hair and she took great care of it. It’s hard for me to trust many people to touch my hair but she was able to transform my long dead stringy hair to beautiful bouncy and shiny with still keeping it long. Would strongly recommend!

5 /5 Rebekkah Katona: Im visiting from Arizona for my wedding, I got my hair done before coming to Washington. One of my hair extensions came lose before my wedding & I needed someone to replace it. I called so many salons before finally finding Lacy. Lacy was so friendly & actually came in on her day off to fix it for me! I cant express how thankful I am that she took the time out of her day off to help me. If I lived here I would use her for all my hair needs just based on this one experience. Absolutely amazing & a life saver! Thank you so much!!

5 /5 Me Me: Lacy is awesome! She took excellent care of my hair. I am very happy with my results. I wanted to bring my summer blonde down to a more natural looking shade and give it some depth. She put in low lights and highlights that gave me the exact result I was looking for. She also respected my request not to cut too much of my hair off. She is a very nice, personable lady who is also a very talented hair colorist/stylist. I expressed to her that one of the reasons I chose to see her was due to the way she handled a negative review she received. She laughed and said she had tried to get it removed due to the photos not being what she did. The photos are what that ladies hair looked like before she saw her. Anyway, I wanted her to know that not all negative reviews result in a negative outcome. I am super happy I chose to see her! I tried posting my before and after photos. I keep getting an error message. :/ I will try again later. Thank you Lacy! I love my hair!

1 /5 Nevi Beganovic: I scheduled a last minute balayage w/Lacy on a Friday. I went in and explained to her that 6 months prior I had box dyed my hair and that its grown out a lot and faded out to a light brown. The picture below shows what my hair looked like going into it. She did an "analysis" on my hair and chose the color that she was going to do my roots and then did bleach on the bottom w/no foils. She then washed it out and it looked like the second picture I attached. Basically the only difference is that my tips were lighter. I told Lacy that I was not happy because it didnt look like what I had asked for (last picture). She the did it again and this orange brassy results with extra white tips is what I got. She then tells me that its not going to look exactly like you want it. And it now makes sense why the bleach didnt take, cuz I had box dyed my hair. Youll need to do 3-4 more treatments and spent $1000 dollars to get it the way you want. She charged my $260 for this and looks like nothing that I asked for! she then wanted me to come back in and pay her more so she can "correct it." and wanted me to wait 3 weeks. I was so embarrassed with how my hair looked that I had to go in the following Monday to have it fixed (and it lightened way up w/no brass and only one sitting). I told her I didnt feel comfortable having her do my hair and asked for a partial refund (which I feel is a very reasonable request). She ignored my messages for 2 days and only responded back to say that there was nothing that she can do. Im completely offended with how I have been treated by Lacy and the lack of compassion after the hair was done. I would NOT, and WILL NEVER recommend going to her unless you want to get taken advantage of! 100% a mistake going there!!

1 /5 Keesha Slack: So disappointed in my haircut if I could give zero stars I would I called and asked if she was able to cut curly hair and she said she can. I went in there with long beautiful curly hair and I came out with hair that was 7/8 inches shorter (I only wanted a few inches off) and was uneven. I wanted bangs as well and it looks like she was cutting bangs but once I got home and I restyled it and try to make it look as good as I could I didn’t have bangs I’m just so confused I honestly don’t even know what to do. I had to go home and style it and re-cut some of it myself because of how uneven it was. I’m just gonna have to wait months for my hair to grow out. I honestly can’t stand looking in the mirror. I HATE my hair :( some of it might have been my fault. I should’ve told her that I didn’t like the way my hair was turning out, but I felt that it was too late. It was already extremely short, and I could just tell that it was going to be uneven, but she seemed so happy with it, and I didn’t want to hurt her feelings, I’m just writing this review so anyone with curly hair knows that maybe this is not the best spot for you…………… this is a part two of my comment you know it’s funny I read all your reviews and the ones that haven’t left so good reviews you comment back to them putting all of the fault on them. Why can’t you just take some responsibility I’d be more than happy to come in and show you my hair I only cut inch or so off my hair to fix that unevenness you did cut 7 to 8 inches off my hair. You even said it almost touches my butt my hair does not even touch my shoulders now, you’re extremely unprofessional and I took some fault in my review you should too and what would you call my hair I have hair curly hair I have type 3c/3 B I’m sorry if you where expecting white people curly hair and that’s how I know that you don’t know how to cut curly hair you do don’t even know what to call the texture of my hair you as a hair professional should know what the texture of my hair is called
