2 /5 Lovely Leshun: When I arrived, the staff that checked me in up front was great. Liezel was an amazing dental hygienist. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Lisa Auther that it became clear not to ever come to this place again. As a nurse, I never had anyone speak to me in a belittling manner. I had great hopes for this place.

Let me first share with you that I, like many people, have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. For the first time in my life, I actually felt relatively at ease and my experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left was amazing. Front desk staff on the way in and out were professional and communicated well. My hygienist Dayna was AMAZING - she could tell I was anxious and totally put me at ease, her “bedside” manner was warm, friendly, supportive and professional, she also has a great sense of humor. Dr. Mitchell was genuine, extremely polite, professional and did a great job of explaining everything that needed to be done. He was very gentle and did a great job of fixing what I thought was a broken tooth, turns out it was a large filling that had fallen out. Bonus, the price was reasonable, this is my new dentist, definitely bringing the rest of the family there and will recommend to anyone I know. Class act through and through.

I have major anxiety about dental procedures from past trauma and they treat me with the utmost care and sensitivity, constantly making sure that Im okay. The staff is absolutely amazing, and so is the dentist, whos work is impeccable. I wont go anywhere else, this place is a 10/10.

Travante Wainright: This places doesnt even deserve 1 star worst experience ever, front counter could care less very not welcoming, both Dr and nurse ignored anything I had to say or ask. They strapped me down first legs a then arms. No where was any of this talked about or discussed. They clearly dont know how to help tall people. I was being treated like I was a threat to them. I was supposed to be put under and knocked out but they Ignored that also. I said stop and say ouch couple of times and they just ignored continued and then, turned fan on to drown on my complaints. It was supposed to be a 1hr -2 hr and they were done in 45min and sent me on my way. Never have I ever had thisany teeth removed and walked out the front door. The last of care this place has for its patiences is sad and isnt exceptible.
