1 /5 Livy Niz: Made an appointment with Jenna Wilson at itsa salon. Explained to her what I wanted and also showed her inspiration photos. She said it was definitely achievable and came up with a plan for my hair. The end result was nothing close to what I asked for, my hair was in worse condition then when I went into the salon. I left with at least 4 different colors in my hair( I only wanted 2 colors) blotchy patches throughout my hair, random breakage throughout my hair. The only thing she was willing to do to fix it was to tone it again, which she didn’t deny the fact that toning it again would not fix the blotchy colors in my hair just turn them a different color. What would need to be done to fix my hair and get the end result I wanted was to book a whole new appointment which she would charge me again for. I paid 320$ for this service. I’m attaching my hair before I went into the salon, my inspo photos and how I left the salon. DO NOT BOOK WITH HER OR THE SALON. They take no accountability and only want to take more money from you. Now I have to spend hundreds of more dollars for a color correction to fix my hair. I requested a refund and Jenna has ignored all my messages and refuses to respond to me, conveniently the owner is never available. Jenna rents a chair from this salon.
Edit: I never blocked Jenna as the owner is saying. Jenna had both my Facebook (where I communicated with her) she also had my phone number from when I booked the appt. I’ve been harassed by her husband and her friend due to sharing honest reviews about the service I was provided by jenna. Jenna finally contacted me last night and offered me a 50 percent refund in exchange that I take down all reviews and post I have made. It comes across to me that her and the owner are more worried about their reputation than what was done to my hair and the customer service I experienced. I attached screenshots of this as well.
