I explained my medical concerns (there were a few) I was heard we talked about a plan of action and put that plan into place. All in 30 minutes. Definitely the most efficient doctors visit I have ever had.

2 /5 Sirena Ross: I had extreme pain in both feet. Did lots of X-rays, paid plenty of money. Told to "wear shoes" Left in extreme pain. Stayed in pain. Finally went to a podiatrist (Dr.Nyguen) and he gave me two cortisol shots and a seven dollar prescription. I am pain free for the first time in years.

I have a condition called ehlers-danlos syndrome and she continued to treat me like a child with a "normal" body despite being in my 30s with a rare genetic condition. So many of my issues got worse than they probably would have if she would have listened to me!

There have been a few less pleasant encounters, but nothing unusual. However, one significant issue stands out—a staff member misdiagnosed my child, and it wasn’t until a little over two years later as of yesterday that we received the correct diagnosis. This delay likely affected my child’s ability to get the help they needed to thrive earlier. While it’s hard not to feel frustrated, I understand that people make mistakes. Instead of holding onto anger, I’m focusing on the present and putting my energy into supporting my child’s progress with their current diagnosis.
