3 /5 Sandra Z: The girls do a amazing job BUT the other day I went and a guy was their helping. He did my nails. He was very rude and took for ever. He didnt even do my nails like I wanted. Will not go again.

1 /5 Alecia Anne: They will NEVER get my money again I paid 45$ for a full set and they literally came of within a few days. They had one person apply my nail tips and she didnt know what she was doing she put my nail tips at the very top of my nail, when another lady did the acrylic seen what had happened instead of fixing it she just finished the full set and didnt take the time to even to do it right instead I was expected to pay full price for service I wasnt happy with.

1 /5 N S: Not a good experience. I should have turned around after I was given a price by one lady and then after I agreed a different lady came up and upped it. The place was extremely cluttered and unkept. The staff was not friendly did not speak to me other than about pricing just talked amongst themselves. The one lady kept walking around coughing hard with her mouth uncovered, right next to me at times. The nails are bumpy and looked outgrown the day I got them done. And now after only 5 days 2 nails have already broke one of which simply by bumping it on my steering wheel. I would post a pic but I dont know how.

3 /5 Katelynn: My first time being there, Im a local and have been to a lot of nail places around town trying to find one I like, main thing Im looking for is nail longevity and cleanliness. After a few days my nails were already chipping with the gel, they looked super cute but did not last. I felt being charged $10 extra dollars for the "ombre" glitter didnt make sense and cleanliness was not to my standards. My search continues. Girls were extremely nice though!

1 /5 Michele Christin: Moved to the area about a year ago and this place was recommended to me by a family member. When I went to get a fill on my acrylic overlay the girl said it needed to be redone so I told her go ahead. Mind you I do not get tips ever just an overlay. When she was done my nails looked OK so I went to pay. I almost fell over when she told me the charge would be $48! The very next day the corner of one of my nails broke and 2 days later it happened to a nail on the other hand. I went in to have them fixed which she offer to do at no charge. She was in such a hurry and raced through it that 1 of my nails is a lot longer than the other ones. The other nail is thicker with a weird lip under it were things now get caught both nails look like they have cellulite they are so bumpy. I will not go there again. Lets be clear that I work in an office. Im not hard on my nails and have not had an issues with any of them breaking or chipping when I had them done in Olympia at numerous different places. Customers should be made aware of the prices (especially since yours are higher than most) prior to service. But that part I can live with because I should have asked. The quality was terrible and thats really my biggest issue. Also, no one explained to me that my nails would not be even if I didnt have tips. That doesnt make an ounce of sense! They were even when I got there. When the girl made my nails shorter she made them uneven and when I went back to have it fixed she made it worse!
