5 /5 cade elizabeth: Easy online scheduling, taken back to a room in a timely manner, fantastic with my two young boys. Jennifer is fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, & to the point. We are always happy when we see she’s there! Andrea did a great job with my kiddos as well.

5 /5 Heather P.: This is our go-to location for non-emergency care such as eye and skin irritations/infections, sports physicals, testing for flu/strep, etc. The online scheduling is very easy and we have always been able to schedule for the following day (if not the same day) which is extremely convenient. Since they are a Kadlec facility, they have access to each of my family members records so we dont need to fill out documents & our PCPs have the records.

5 /5 J: Always very friendly, helpful staff. There’s a reason it takes a day or so to get an appointment: this is the best Express Care clinic in all of the Tri-Cities. Seriously. I’ve had a few positive experiences here and although I get different providers (what can I expect, it’s urgent care) I still feel respected and heard.
