My mom broke her arm on a Saturday morning, they said they would send in a referral, in which they did not. So now shes not being seen until Thursday. Very upset will not ever be letting her back here. They also forgot to take her rings off which I had to get cut off due to swelling. Horrible
Main Street Family Medicine - Vancouver Anela Kepa: I recently signed my son up for this clinic, hoping to receive quality direct care for his health needs. We provided all the required information, including immunization records and payment, and agreed to commit to a year-long treatment plan as per their policy. However, after completing the sign-up process, the clinic suddenly expressed concerns about how long my son would live in the area, despite our clear commitment to him staying here for at least a year.
Instead of having a conversation to clarify or resolve this, they abruptly refused to take him as a patient. Their only communication was through a couple of brief text messages—no phone calls, no explanations, no opportunity to discuss the situation. This lack of empathy, compassion, and basic communication is deeply disappointing.
This clinic’s actions and lack of accountability have left us feeling frustrated and undervalued. If you’re looking for a healthcare provider that treats you with respect and communicates effectively, I would not recommend this place.
Updated: This provider responded with more information in this review than they even discussed and still no one has made any effort to discuss this situation over the phone. My son has no special needs, we just hadn’t officially decided exactly how long he was staying until today, only 2 days after signing up for your service. The decision of us not being a good fit was not discussed with us as we were only told that the reasoning behind not working with us is that they can’t take payments if the patient isn’t here, in which we did respond that the patient will be here for the next year. Word of advice, pick up the phone when your customers are asking to discuss something. Not everything should be discussed in a text.
New Heights Clinic - Vancouver Jacob alaniz: Had a tooth pulled. Have to say it was the best dental expirience that Ive ever had. I just want to thank everyone there. Very kind, compassionate, timely, and very knowledgeable. I have always gotten nervous when i would have to go to the dentist, this time was no different. There wasnt one person in the entire place the didnt or wouldnt of went out of the way to make me feel calm. Wonderful people through and through. Highly recommed this clinic. Thank you all for your help.
Animal Medical - Vancouver Christopher Phillips: My partner has had excellent service here for her three dogs for years. I just started bringing my own dog as well and its been delightful. The staff are wonderful, obviously super good with the animals, and didnt try to upsell me on anything during the visit. Highly recommend!

I have been thoroughly unimpressed with the quality and professionalism Ive experienced in Vancouver. Its been shocking, to be honest.
I found myself needing medical attention again. I decided to try the Legacy Salmon Creek folks, because I didnt want to re-visit any of the places Ive been to previously.
What a change! I mean, the ER was packed, so I spent hours just sitting there. Im not mad. Its our new insurance system posing as a healthcare system. But, they were processing people as quick as they could and did their best to assure us they were on top of things.
The nurses were professional and everyone I talked to seem to really listen to me. I wont say going to the hospital is a good experience, but they did a good job of making suck less.
Also.....a nice clean building!
Columbia River Mental Health Services - Vancouver Edward Stratton: Columbia River Mental Health is a Medicaid meat farm. They had one mental health provider - in their 80s - who was available to meet in person. That didnt work out, and they placed me with a virtual therapist from Louisiana, all while charging me full price for a lesser service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you have private insurance.
John P. Kafrouni, M.D. - Vancouver Eleana Salyers: My care team today was absolutely amazing! My Dr. Was Dr. Kafrouni and he was amazing! Definitely hope if I have to go back, hes my provider! The staff from the receptionist to the discharge nurse were very compassionate and caring They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, listened and you could tell that the entire staff enjoys working there. Bedside manners were fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone to be treated there!
Vancouver Clinic | Columbia Tech Center - Vancouver Crystal Haight: The staff at urgent care were the best. I was the last patient of the day and even though I was called back later than my original appointment, the patience & empathy they exuded were outstanding.
My assumption is everyone that day received the same exceptional care. I understand this could lead to appointments running longer than anticipated due to the clinic team taking time to really listen and find the best solution for treatment.
It was the PAs birthday - thank you Aaron for staying late to help me on your special day. Extra thank you to the nurse & x-ray technician that I worked with - you two were so great. Im sorry I did not capture your names to share.
