1 /5 Luz Marina: I dont recommend this dental office from India because I went to have my denture bridge and found they did a horrible job. I went three times to have it corrrected and the dentist said I will put a provisional to hold it. It resulted in one part of the bridge and she did damage to the root canal for the two tooth’s is now broken when she removed the bridge. I do not recommend for anybody to go to this dental office. I sent one friend to this place they charged to the insurance and they didn’t finish the job for her

When ever I have had any type of dental probem, be it on a Friday of a four day weekend or an appointment that Id scheduled weeks out they take exceptional care of me every time. Theyre so professional and kind. Id recommend them to all my friends and do. Thanks KB Dental you guys are the absolute best!!

1 /5 Renee Boettger: I am a 100% service connected veteran who came to this dentist but was denied care. So I wrote the senator and was authorized the care I was supposed to be receiving. It took me a year and I was so excited but soon after starting my care I suffered the loss of 4 people I was close to and I missed a few appointments. I tried calling but was given a cold shoulder and when I asked if they thought I asked for my friends and family members to die so I couldnt come to the appointment the person laughed as if I was joking. I told the woman that it wasnt a joke and made an appointment where I ce again someone died. I had my son call to let them know and he never got through. Then they just stopped taking my calls the dentist is just half way through my care and hasnt returned any calls to me in almost a year. I am disappointed with the rudeness and lack of empathy they have shown. I decided I will drive there and see what they say or do and if she isnt going to finish what she started I want the impressions she took and I paid for to take to another dentist. In the year since I last was here most of my teeth have fallen out. I am getting to write the ADA the BBB and the VA to tell them what has happened and how awful they have treated me. I wouldnt recommend coming here because I fought to have her do my care and she turned around and ignored me. I just want a decent dentist who can do their job and hopefully get finished what was started over a year ago. Be careful they seem great at first but then turned out to be rude treating me like I purposefully missed coming then making me feel worse then I was feeling after losing 6 people in 10 months. Now Im updating this as it got worse I went to see them and she tried to give me dentures not part of our original plan at all and then I asked her about it and she was sending me to someone to take out my teeth but she neglected to tell them exactly what they needed to do I havent been able to reach them to ask them why and Im supposed to be going in tomorrow but dont want to do that for fear that they dont know what theyre doing I dont know what theyre doing and she could potentially cause me more grief. I am beginning to feel the need to call the VA and let them know not to let patients go there to write the better Business bureau to get a hold of the American dental association as soon as basically turn around for her bad behavior if she wants to give me the molds that I paid for for my teeth I will be happy to go find a dentist that can do the job but I will not let her treat me like a piece of crap I dont recommend any veterans going there I dont recommend anybody going there truthfully now that Ive seen what they are all like rude disrespectful careless etc I am so sorry that this has to be this way but I cant get them to answer the phone call me back or any other thing so this is the only way I know how to get them to do what they need to do.

5 /5 teresa angeles: I arrived at KB Dental in a difficult dental situation. It has proven to be the best dental office I have visited. The staff was kind and unusually helpful, even on my first call, providing needed information about options and the different insurance policies. Dr. Byramjee has been so attentive, caring, and careful. She was proficient at her work and made it a priority for my new bridge to look great. I am so happy I came here and feel more beautiful than I have in many years. Thank you, KB Dental! I am so glad I found you!

1 /5 Emily Morado: I first went to KB family dental in Dec 2022, I was getting a cleaning and check up for cavities. On my first visit everything went fine aside from some not so friendly staff. On my second visit when I went in to get my cavities fixed and my retainer taken off I was left a little traumatized. The Dentist didn’t know what she was going to be doing and when I asked a question about my treatment she had to go check and at this point I had already been numbed and had the tools in my mouth, the receptionist came into the room made them remove all the instruments from my mouth and made me sign a form and agree all while I couldn’t really speak properly due to my mouth already being fully numb at this point. Throughout this appointment the dentist and hygienist were arguing and at one point the dentist raised her voice at the hygienist and told her she didn’t need her help anymore and that she go go start prepping something else. This was extremely unprofessional as they were actively working on my front teeth and arguing, and it was extremely rude and unprofessional for the dentist to be arguing while in a patients mouth. I came back one more time to get my retainer fitted which I had to wait 45 minutes even with an appointment just to be seen for 5 minutes. I had paid in advanced for everything my insurance didn’t cover and I thought that was the end of it. When I reached out this year in July to get my records sent to me so that I could transfer them over I actually received a bill saying that my insurance never paid and that I needed to go in and pay (invoice was blank and had a hand written note). I emailed them asking for the proof of denial and for an invoice of my past payments and they sent me another bill for an increased amount. It is super unprofessional that they would send me a bill 7 months after I’ve received services, 7 months too late to appeal with my insurance and overall a lack of communication and customer service. I would not recommend KB Family dental to anyone.
