Bunnie Knox I went to this dentist years ago with an emergency chipped tooth, and they were initially fantastic and helpful. As I became a regular patient however, things went drastically downhill. The dental assistant was constantly berating me for my tongue piercing, as opposed to politely informing me of the risks (which I am aware of). She also was doing a scan of my teeth after a procedure which had me in tears due to the pressure on my jaw. They also wanted me to pay for a copy of my own scan which was covered. When I saw an oral surgeon for my jaw pain as it had been an ongoing issue for years, he stated my misshapen jaw joint was likely due to “excess estrogen” after making me wait an hour in office for his arrival. I had two impacted wisdom teeth with infection, and two damaged molars removed from that side of my face, and no other dentist or surgeon I’ve seen has found “excess estrogen” to be even remotely scientifically accurate. This was the final straw. When I found a new dentist, they informed me my fillings were deteriorating - an issue I’d been aware of prior to moving in state and informed the dentist at Renton Arts, however they told me my fillings were fine. I ended up needing a root canal due to the damage they ignored. They consistently dismissed my pain or discomfort, as well as the recommendations of my previous dentist, to focus on “making my smile beautiful.” To me, braces would be a chance for healthier teeth, I’m fine with my appearance. I am still dealing with the repercussions of the dismissal I received at this dentist. If you have any legitimate dental problems, I would not recommend.

Meme King Covington Family Dentistry is a very friendly office. The environment is calm and staff are professional and kind. I always know what is happening, as staff offers explanation of each step. The dentist is patient, gentle and gave me all my options for treatment. She explained which procedure was priority. I was able ask questions and I felt very respected. Christina is my hygienist. She is fabulous. Her dental knowledge is impressive! Her cleanings are the best. I appreciate that I never have to question how much a procedure costs. I don’t feel pressured to do something I’m not ready to do. Great office!

We had gone to a terrible place for the beginning of her braces and they really did some damage. We found Dr. Freelove by chance and I’m beyond grateful we did! Freelove makes sure everything is 100% to perfection before completion. The staff is outstanding. The office is neat and clean. Very punctual no waiting around. April 2025 my work was done. I cried all the way home because not only did I have a beautiful smile , I was leaving a Dr. office that makes sure all patients that walk through the door is comfortable and satisfied with the progress. Ak Rice The doctor is good, but the receptionist is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful toward patients. She behaves as if patients are a burden rather than people seeking care. Her attitude is cold, dismissive, and downright inappropriate for someone working in a medical office. She has no sense of empathy or understanding and makes patients feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Her treatment of patients is not only rude but humiliating, as if she has no regard for their concerns or needs. It is clear that she lacks the basic skills required to deal with people, let alone patients who might already be stressed or in pain. Her behavior reflects poorly on the entire clinic and undermines the professionalism of the doctor. This kind of attitude from the receptionist is unacceptable and damaging to the reputation of the clinic. Unless they replace her or give her serious training in how to interact respectfully and kindly with patients, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not like an inconvenience.

Glad I looked around and decided to give Fresh Smile a try. Dr. Tracy and Nina were warm and professional, as well as efficient and organized. After the initial careful exam, they patiently explained a couple of problem areas and a good plan for possible treatments. Farrah was my hygienist. When she noticed I was bothering by the surrounding noise, she thoughtfully offered me a wireless over-the-head headphones so I can Bluetooth with my music, greatly appreciated!

Yerzhan Ospanov Initially, I brought my wife to Fresh Smiles Dentistry. She had some major postpartum teeth deterioration. Then, I started going there myself. It’s been almost three years since our first visit. My wife and I went through numerous cavity fill-ups, extractions, regular and deep cleanings. The only procedure for which we were referred to different clinic was root canal. Our dentist, Dr. Tracy, diagnosed the problem and referred us for a root canal procedure in a timely manner. Other specialists have confirmed Dr. Tracy’s diagnosis and proposed treatment. There was not a single visit we were not happy with. I always feel treated well and satisfied with services rendered. Customer service and communication are of the highest level. They always try to go around my schedule and find the time for appointments that works best for us. Since our first visit we’ve got two babies, and my oldest kid has already been to Fresh Smiles for some minor treatment and regular check ups. I trust Dr. Tracy and her team that much to bring my kids in their clinic. My youngest baby has no teeth yet, but soon Fresh Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry will get one more little patient.

Omar Hernandez It was my first visit. Very clean office and friendly staff. While my visit was not like my previous Dentist, I felt that there could have been a little more communication with the Tech that did my cleaning to let me know how they do the service. In addition. When the dentist came to do her part of the check-up, she did not introduce herself. Dont get me wrong, overall good experience, just a little more in the "welcome new patient" scenario would have been nice.

Anna K After decades of looking for a good dentist, I’ve finally arrived, and I’m not going anywhere for a long time!!! Dr. A is by far one of the best dentists I’ve experienced in my life. Authenticity- I don’t think she tries to make you do extra work when you don’t need it. Clarity- showed me all my exams and X-rays while discussing my treatment plan. Spent so much time just discussing my options with her. Work- made me feel at ease, explained everything it great detail. Care- called me the next day to check up- even when it was just temporary crowns. Holistic- tried to get down to the root cause- which no other dentist did before. Ease- super easy to make appointments and they texted me so I could move my appointment up. I’ve been to some terrible dentists who seem like they are nice, but don’t care about you or your health at all. I think she is different. Dental assistants were also very precise and kind- especially Daniella. Also appreciated their new tech which made scans way easier.

Hayleen Renguul Elena was a delight! She made the visit very enjoyable and even cracked some jokes here and there to make me feel more comfortable. The front desk ladies are very knowledgeable and have a welcoming smile and makes sure you are taken cared of before entering as well as leaving the dentistry. Dr Amrita is excellent at her field. Very considerate and makes sure you are aware of what she is doing. Overall a wonderful establishment! Definitely recommend this place.

Kevin Saeteurn I moved to Washington in 2021 and needed to find a dentist. With a quick google search I came upon Kent Station Family Dentistry. At the time Dr. Mike was running things until Dr. Amrita took over. Since the change of doctors, things continued to remain the same. The cleanliness of the office and the friendly staff make it feel welcoming. Not to mention the care that the dental hygienist show at each time. They make sure you know what’s being done and what’s going on. Very informative and reassuring. After a few visits, some of the staff began to recognize me so it was nice to have short conversations about how things have been. Again, the overall experience at this dentist office was great and I will be coming back. 10/10 would recommend.

Lynndys Stahli I had a problem with a tooth, they got me in the next day & I had no waiting in the waiting room. Really surpme since I was a work in. One of my crowns fell off while trying to find the source of my pain. They glued it back on & the pain was almost gone. (Problem was the tooth next to it). All in all a great experience.

They were able to fit me in even though I fumbled the appointments (thinking they still had a Seattle location that’s not Northgate) and they were very kind about it all. The Doctor explained everything before it happened and checked in on me during the process. The dental assistant was great as well. They were completely non judgmental and made me feel comfortable.

Luz Marina I dont recommend this dental office from India because I went to have my denture bridge and found they did a horrible job. I went three times to have it corrrected and the dentist said I will put a provisional to hold it. It resulted in one part of the bridge and she did damage to the root canal for the two tooth’s is now broken when she removed the bridge. I do not recommend for anybody to go to this dental office. I sent one friend to this place they charged to the insurance and they didn’t finish the job for her

Renee Boettger I am a 100% service connected veteran who came to this dentist but was denied care. So I wrote the senator and was authorized the care I was supposed to be receiving. It took me a year and I was so excited but soon after starting my care I suffered the loss of 4 people I was close to and I missed a few appointments. I tried calling but was given a cold shoulder and when I asked if they thought I asked for my friends and family members to die so I couldnt come to the appointment the person laughed as if I was joking. I told the woman that it wasnt a joke and made an appointment where I ce again someone died. I had my son call to let them know and he never got through. Then they just stopped taking my calls the dentist is just half way through my care and hasnt returned any calls to me in almost a year. I am disappointed with the rudeness and lack of empathy they have shown. I decided I will drive there and see what they say or do and if she isnt going to finish what she started I want the impressions she took and I paid for to take to another dentist. In the year since I last was here most of my teeth have fallen out. I am getting to write the ADA the BBB and the VA to tell them what has happened and how awful they have treated me. I wouldnt recommend coming here because I fought to have her do my care and she turned around and ignored me. I just want a decent dentist who can do their job and hopefully get finished what was started over a year ago. Be careful they seem great at first but then turned out to be rude treating me like I purposefully missed coming then making me feel worse then I was feeling after losing 6 people in 10 months. Now Im updating this as it got worse I went to see them and she tried to give me dentures not part of our original plan at all and then I asked her about it and she was sending me to someone to take out my teeth but she neglected to tell them exactly what they needed to do I havent been able to reach them to ask them why and Im supposed to be going in tomorrow but dont want to do that for fear that they dont know what theyre doing I dont know what theyre doing and she could potentially cause me more grief. I am beginning to feel the need to call the VA and let them know not to let patients go there to write the better Business bureau to get a hold of the American dental association as soon as basically turn around for her bad behavior if she wants to give me the molds that I paid for for my teeth I will be happy to go find a dentist that can do the job but I will not let her treat me like a piece of crap I dont recommend any veterans going there I dont recommend anybody going there truthfully now that Ive seen what they are all like rude disrespectful careless etc I am so sorry that this has to be this way but I cant get them to answer the phone call me back or any other thing so this is the only way I know how to get them to do what they need to do.

Ruth M Dr. Dubois is one of the most patient and caring dentists I have ever met. He takes the time to listen to every question and really makes sure you feel comfortable and understood. His attention to detail and kindness truly make each visit a great experience. The entire team, including the staff and dental assistants, is wonderful. They are not only skilled but also very welcoming and friendly. I was so impressed that, even after more than two years since my last visit, they remembered all the details about me. Jesse Rae The only reason why I would rate it at one instead of a zero is because Dr. Coleman was so nice and kind she was amazing. Otherwise, the office in itself, they canceled on me twice last minute the day of my appointments, which I had no problem with, but then when my newborn got sick and I needed to reschedule, they decided to charge me $100 fee rather than helping me make an exception due to my previous experiences. In addition when I did go to a different dental office, I was quoted half the amount that this Dentist was trying to charge me so although they took my $100 fee, I saved over $700 by going elsewhere..
