1 /5 Malgorzata de Kubber: I have been coming to this salon a few times and it was one of the best in the area ( I dont find high standards no where in US with European quality work)but just today they lost a customer.
I understand that different situations can happen in life and we have no control, but you have to take care of the clients if you want them to come back.
On Monday, it turned out that the salon is not open but have sign MONDAY AND TUESDAY CLOSED, I think ok, something must have happened, I come on Wednesday and it is closed again with the same, unchanged sign. There was more people by the door the same disappointed as me.
On Thursday I call and make an appointment for Saturday and ask for the latest possible appointment, I was told to come at 6.30 pm.
So I drive up there all the way from Lynden and see that its closed but the light is on so I call, the owner picks up and says hes closing because he has to do something.
I tell him that I had an appointment at 6.30 and he telling me I am late, surprised I asked how come I am late since I am before scheduled time and he told me that my appointment was yesterday. I explained that
I did not sign up for Friday because I was working and I told him he could have informed me that my visit would not take place because something else comes up but he telling me over and over he needs to do something this why is closed.If he just call me and tell me he needs to cancel I will totally understand but no, he makes me drive for not reason spending my time and gas money.
