1 /5 jacques rattaire: Horrible customer service by lady in billing department!! When I bought my dental insurance they were listed in my network so I can get my two free cleaning a year, last month I went for my first cleaning of the year and they sent me a bill for $213.00. I called my insurance and they tell me that they are not in my network anymore so they could not cover the bill, she asked me if I was informed by them that they were out of my network and I said no, so she urged me to call them. I spoke to a lady in the billing department and I told her that it would have been nice to get a call, text or email regarding the changes so I could cancel my next appointment. I told her it was unfair and I would not pay that bill. So she got very upset, raised he voice and threatened me to send me to a collection agency, so I just hang up the phone, people like that should not be dealing with people because her customer service sucks!

We were delighted with the friendly efficiency and professional treatment we received from his whole team,-from the front desk, to our dental hygienists, to Dr. Keyes himself. We especially appreciated that he did not even attempt to approach us with an agenda of oral care that would break the bank. He was very down to earth and had a great jovial manner.

5 /5 Zach Van Dam: Dr Keyes and his entire staff are the most genuine, kind hearted, highly skilled, positive minded individuals I have ever known in the many places I have lived. I have had many dental emergencies or last minute needs and they always not only accommodate, but are exceedingly upbeat, warm natured and sincere as the work on my teeth long lasting ,effective, and efficient. I have been going to his office since I was a teenager and am 35 now with only the best experiences and interactions here !! Establishments and professionals of this caliber I feel are becoming rare and I’m so thankful for all of their diligence, patience and top notch care.

5 /5 Mary Maas: I had not been to the dentist in a VERY long time. I dislike going immensely. However, from the moment I walked in my experience at Dr. Keyes office was exceptional. The staff helped me with insurance minutia, Dr. Keyes personally welcomed and thanked me. His friendly demeanor and sense of humor put me at ease immediately and kept me there. His hygienist really knew her stuff and was educational as well as being friendly, and also had a good sense of humor. Any dental issues were explained well. One of the employees was moving out of state and it was her last day. They thanked her inside the building and even let her know on the outside of the building that they celebrated her. I cant think of a bad thing to say. It was a 5* experience in every way.

5 /5 April LaMar: I went to see Dr.Keyes today with some tooth pain from what ended up being a filling that fell out from years and years ago. I have always had a massive fear of dentists since I was a child due to a very unpleasant and rough dentist. That experience gave me serious dentist anxiety and kept me from going to the dentist for most of my 20s and 30s. That anxiety lifted the second I met Dr. Keyes, and he was so friendly, reassuring and gentle. He explained everything he needed to do and had me laughing the entire time. The view from the chair was instantly calming .I watched birds at the feeders and the water beyond that while I had my procedure done. I didnt even know that he injected me with the numbing stuff until it was already done! Dr. Keyes has absolutely restored my faith and calmed my anxiety about going to the dentist and I am actually looking forward to going again! I never thought that would ever come out of my mouth. What a wonderful experience and amazing team!!
