1 /5 jim oboyle: Chose this place due to the convenience of having an on site milling machine to make crowns quickly, but I was not happy with the service. Many times they do not answer the phone and disconnect the call without it going to voicemail.
I had scheduled my crown to be put on before the end of the year so I could get 8 fillings done in the following year when my insurance cap was reset. I arrived at the office and nobody was there, I had not been contacted at all, their website said they were open, but they apparently just decided to close the office for a week for no reason. Due to this, I had to reschedule for the following year, causing my insurance to cap with only enough for 2 fillings left over.
When getting my crown, I had blocked out 3 hours so I could get those 2 fillings done in the same trip. The dentist left me in the chair for an hour and a half before seeing me and was not able to do the fillings I was scheduled for, and I was treated as though I were a problem for wanting to get the procedures done that I was scheduled for.
When I came back for the 2 fillings, the doctor gave me an abnormal number of novacane shots. After the first one and he started, I could still feel a little and he decided to give me 3 more shots. My entire face was numb, and cramping for hours after it wore off due to the excessive injections. One additional shot would have sufficed, I honestly considered speaking to a lawyer because it felt like retaliation for being unhappy about their previous service issues.
