Thank you Kirkpatrick Family Medicine. Only recommendation is for a patient portal for easier communication and notifications.

5 /5 Esther Palomino: Staff is pleasant to talk to both in person or on the phone. They truly care about my appointment as they call to give reminder appointments. Refills are always sent the same day, with a text to me that Dr sent it. If I could give 10 stars I would. Most of the Dr are awesome and would recommend this medical office to family and friends.

C Trey “TeddyTesla”: Overall, the hospital does a decent job given its limitations. I’ve always been seen fairly quickly, and the staff is generally attentive and have some professional staff. However, the emergency department is outdated and can get overwhelmed at times, especially since there’s no urgent care nearby to handle less critical cases. While they do their best, the lack of updated facilities and options in the area does make it challenging during busy periods. For sure an option in a pinch, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Chad Smith: I have to go here for Drug Court / Dependency Treatment. I thoroughly enjoy this facility. I may only have 80 days clean today but its been a wonderful 80 days. They helped me get on Suboxone, into an Oxford House, and helped me to seek out NA support meetings that im comfortable going to. As i have had issues with anxiety at a few of them. The counselors there are very supportive and have had personal experience so they can relate to me. If you are thinking about getting clean this is the place to go.

Playn Hardball: An office assistant said she will pass me to a a PA phone and I express to them that it just goes to voice mail. Her response is "well they dont stand around all day waiting for your call". I presented a concern... and I received sarcasm back. THIS is the type of service you will get here. You cannot access them by email, no website, and no after care report generated. I honestly get better care from VA and I plan on returning to VA because of the problems with the Kirkpatick office. Why would I continue to pay for insurance to be treated like this?

Enchanted Delights Bakery: Absolutely trash medical office. Doesnt do their jobs, when you switch medical offices they dont send the records and then they tell you they have no access to them when you try to get what you need. Go to any other doctor who actually takes care of you and your kids. Also some doctors will actually talk about you to others if they know you personally. Had two doctors do this

renee campbell: While I was waiting to be operated on I had to go to the bathroom. My 85 year old mother took me twice previously. At that time they gave me a bed pan which was quickly overflowing and my gown and socks were soiled heavily. I asked them to change me right away. They did not, I was knocked out after ten minutes of being wet. I do not know but suspect they may have operated on me with soiled clothing. At some point they changed my gown but left on urine soaked socks. This may have been caused by not being white, straight and poor. Regardless it was dehumanizing and humiliating. What might they have done if I couldnt speak up for myself? What if were a patient with memory loss, an illegal alien, non verbal or in some way not able to speak about my treatment. What then? Feces, urine, blood, chemicals? What if I was your daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother or mother? Would you want your loved ones in the hands of these unconcerned people? I would hope not. Thank you.

Nathaniel Hamilton: My family uses the clinic for our Daughter. I just say they are often available for whatever date is needed for the family. The staff is very courteous and very patient for us first time parents. Nala is not a fan of the Dr due to the shots but hey what can you do about that haha. But overall this is a great office for your pediatrician needs for your little ones.

Cecilie Hernandez: Im surprised by the negative reviews. We see Melissa & she is awesome! She really listens! Sometimes referrals take time, but she sends them right away, so i dont know why its so slow to go through (Possibly insurance). Weve never been treated negatively by anyone there. Appointments are a couple months out, but if you call right at 8am for a same day appointment, they can usually get you in. You do have to wait on hold though as I do think they are usually short staffed. We will continue being patients with this clinic.
