Kitsap Nail & Spa - Bremerton (WA)

2 /5 Justice Taafe: I got a full acrylic set manicure as well as a regular pedicure at this nail salon for the first time today. I typically get my nails done at a different salon, but since they were booked out I decided to give Kitsap Nails a try. I really enjoyed how nice the staff is and I appreciated their kindness. As far as my nails, I asked for a short almond shape and I left with long, pointy stiletto style nails. This is not my style at all and I asked for them to be shorter and rounded. The nail tech tried, but she did not understand what I was asking. Since I have kids, this shape makes my daily life a bit more difficult. I also got a pedicure, which I really enjoyed! If you are getting a gel pedicure, make sure you add an additional $15 onto any pedicure package that you choose since that is the up charge for gel polish. Overall, the environment and staff were nice, but the quality of my nails was not what I expected at all. I would bring in a photo to reference the shape that you are looking for to make sure you leave with nails you like. The first two photos are my nails from this visit and the other photo is what I typically receive from other nail salons when I ask for an almond shape.

1 /5 Valerie Hopper: I made a reservation to have my disabled mom and sister to have their nails done. One was a full set the other a fill and change of color. The point of the reservation was for them to have the spa experience. Both getting there nails done at the same time and being able to visit while being catered to. That was not the case. They had one person Going back and forth between them and a third person. We were there for more then 2 hours. They don’t understand English very well so after figuring out what we wanted it came to 113.00. Never going back there ever. I didn’t see prices on the walls like other salons. I believe I was over charged. My receipt was not itemized.

5 /5 Leiker David (Shastadad): Did not have an appointment yet they were able to take me in for a pedicure. As an older gentleman it has become impossible for me to take care of my feet, its not a vanity thing just impossible to bend down and do it myself The nail technician was friendly and professional and I could tell she knew what she was doing. I was happy with the results Have been coming to this establishment since I moved to Bremerton and they were half the size that they are now. I am not surprised at their success since they give the same excellent service as they did back then

2 /5 holly hogan: The employees are so sweet and friendly! I got a pedicure (amazing) and a dip manicure here today, and Im not impressed with the manicure. Im not sure if I just being too critical or if my expectations were too high. Ive attached pictures to the review. I feel like the powder is too thick and she wasnt able to clean my nails up when she was done (I asked and she tried). I came here a few months ago and had a perfect experience. Maybe today was an off day but...but an expensive off day. Edit: I took a good look at my pedicure and thats messed up too. I went back in and asked them to fix my nails, Ive added pictures of the fix....they thinned the powder down, but my nails still look bulky and clunky. Still didnt clean them up like I asked a few times. They told me to next time: let my nail grow longer (I keep my nails short for work and school) and to tell them I want them thin. Also when they do the dip powder, they dip your whole finger in the jar....which I guess isnt the most sanitary way to do that. Ill be finding another salon!

5 /5 Cassie Hodosky: I always go with a photo of what I want for my nails and they always nail it! Pedicures are always lovely too! Me and my three daughters go here and have been for almost two years. Wont go anywhere else in this area! This pic is two weeks after my nail service! All nails are still on point!
