I chose the Detox sauna package and love it:) I was seriously trying to find a sauna since ones at the gym are closed due to covid. And now that I know they have a Sauna (infrared sauna) I will be signing up for their membership! Its a great deal, too! Thank you for the experience!

I overcame my fears and got a pedicure, Ali is absolutely wonderful and Hannah does an amazing massage during the 90 minute facial. Not everyone will things the same, but its all done well and with thought given to the customer. The ladies speak about Leslie, the owner, very highly, and it shows in the work and my personal satisfaction at the end of the day. Dahlia may be the only thing that keeps me in Bremerton because good spas like this business are incredibly hard to find.

Kaya did an outstanding job. She was so personable yet professional. She made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way and she even took the time to talk to me about facials and other waxing services that I was interested in. Front desk folks were friendly and courteous as well.

Bernadette Weston: I don’t usually write reviews, but I was really disappointed with my service. Went to Sassy Nails for the first time today for a gel pedicure. My first concern was the nail tech did not remove all the gel polish off my toenails. She then used the cuticle trimmer to cut my nails so they were all jagged and uneven. The gel polish was very uneven on my nails, too thick in some places and on my skin. Also when the tech rolled my leggings down there was still lotion and paraffin wax on her gloves and got it all over me. When I went to the car I tried to get some of the polish off my skin and it peeled right off my nail too. I had to go somewhere closer to home and waste more money to have the gel taken off. I’d appreciate a refund if possible. The tip can stay with the tech.

Kayla Madden: I went to Lovely Nails with my friend on Halloween night for some fun and festive designs. They did very good and my nails lasted for weeks after! The ladies were very nice and professional and offered us a 10% discount. I got acrylics and my friend got gel design nails. Will definitely visit again.

Justin Gotcher: If you have not tried this place, please do!! So amazing. We did gel pedicures. Spent about an hour and a half half. Sugar scrub with fresh oranges. At least a 15 minute massage with oil and hot stones. Then a honey and milk mask with hot towels. I normally get a pedicure just to get my nails done, but this was definitely a spa experience. You must go!! Worth every penny

Jessica Wolff: I think I found my new favorite nail salon in town. I’m not sure the girls name who did my fill but after a not so great Full set she was able to give me the shape that I wanted. Mandy was great with helping me choose a color and design. I like that they make you feel welcome and comfortable. Also I have to say out of all the nail salons i’ve been to in the last 12 years they have the most color options you can imagine. I went home very happy and the next day I even broke a nail unfortunately but went back and they fixed it free of charge. I just got my nails done and I can’t wait for two weeks so I can go back and get something even cooler. I highly recommend this nail salon. Thank you exotic nails.

Kymberli Ross: If you, like me, are prone to very tight muscles and want someone who will make them feel so much better, Sam is the massage therapist for you. His deep tissue and acupressure massages are AMAZING! I have been seeing Sam weekly for YEARS (at least 10), and my husband and son make sure I get in there even when our schedules are crazy because they see a real difference in the before and after "me." A few years ago, I had my first sciatica flair up, and after having to resort to a shot to relax the muscle enough for the nerve to release, I was still feeling like it was just on the edge of pinching again. I limped in to see Sam, and he worked more on my lower back and hip area (he also worked from the top of my spine down to my feet...but concentrated on my lower and spine). When I got off that table, there was not a hint of any residual pain, I was able to stand fully upright and think I may even have been a little taller. Sam and Lucy, the lady who works in the shop for Sam, are both wonderful! I sometimes want a longer table-style massage, just as a change of pace. Those are incredible as well. The lower leg and foot bath massages are relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I can definitely tell when one of the acupressure points on the soles of my feel finds the corresponding spot on my body because it feels TIGHT on the first press, but both my foot and its "spot" both quickly relax. So, to sum up, if you want to feel like a million bucks, with the added bonus of it not costing you a million bucks, you NEED Sam (and Lucy). I recently moved out of the state and was very sad to have my last session with Sam, but can guarantee if I come back to visit the state I will absolutely mane an appointment to see him and get onto his chair! Sam and Lucy, thank you for making such a difference in my body and the quality of my life. I pray I have luck finding someone even close to as amazing duo as I had in you.

Mackenzie Campbell: I went in to get my acrylics soaked off on 6/21, and unfortunately left with the nails still on. After sitting in the chair for 45 minutes, the lady who was doing them, wasn’t able to get them off all the way and ended up filing them down all in different shapes/thickness. So now I still have acrylic on my nails, and my nails look awful. This is my second bad experience here. Super disappointed. In the last picture, you can see where the acrylic has chipped off and where my real nail is. If you can’t soak my nails off, I’d rather just know and go somewhere else.
