1 /5 Mackenzie Campbell: I went in to get my acrylics soaked off on 6/21, and unfortunately left with the nails still on. After sitting in the chair for 45 minutes, the lady who was doing them, wasn’t able to get them off all the way and ended up filing them down all in different shapes/thickness. So now I still have acrylic on my nails, and my nails look awful. This is my second bad experience here. Super disappointed. In the last picture, you can see where the acrylic has chipped off and where my real nail is. If you can’t soak my nails off, I’d rather just know and go somewhere else.

3 /5 Yuri Oropel: It was my first time in this place on 10/08/2024. Tech did a good job with my nails. They were perfect, they were even, no sharp sides, every detail on the nail is perfect but it was painful experience. When she removed my acrylic she hurt me many times. It was also my first time experiencing getting my own nails filed after she just glued the nail extension. Obviously it hurt when she was filing because my nail was already thin to begin with. Ive never seen any tech in my life file my nails after they just glued the nail extension. Usually they file it after applying the acrylic. Then tech continues to hurt me when she applied the gel. She twisted my left thumb like I was a mannequin that my thumb joint hurts. Until now my left thumb joint still hurts a little bit and I got my nails done on 10/08/2024. She also pinched my fingers too much through out the painting process that one of the border of my finger bruised. I gave her a good tip because the nails were perfect but the experience was too painful. When I hurried to leave after I paid she stopped me to give me punch card. I took it but I really wanted to tell her Im not coming back. I couldnt tell her that she did a good job with the nails but it was too painful experience. I kept flinching and verbalizing ouch when she was doing my nails.

5 /5 James Tung: My tech is amazing. She did a wonderful job on my nails and Im going to come back to her in the future. Shape and design is spot on. It looks exactly the same as the photo I showed as reference.
