2 /5 Yuri Oropel: I just got my nails done for the first time at this place because Im in a tight schedule. I was satisfied with the manicure that the other lady did but the dip that the other lady was horrible. My nails are so rough on the edges and tip they are so uncomfortable. I will come back tomorrow for them to either fix it or remove the dip and refund me because Im extremely unhappy the way it was dipped. In addition, the lady that did my dip argued with me that I will have the clear dip and then the color will be gel and it will also last longer. I said no I want the dip. She again argued it will still be dipped to the clear powder, just the color is gel. I said if I understand what she was saying but if I wanted the gel I wouldve said thats what I want but I didnt. I told her I came in for dip so I want dip. I also told her if you dont have that color in dip you guys shouldve told me that from the beginning so I can find a color that they have available in dip. She finally gave up and gave me the color options for dip. Now I know why she didnt want me to do the entire thing in dip because she sucks and didnt know how to do it properly. I will never come back at this nail salon again.
