Lake Sacajawea Park - Longview (WA)

5 /5 Lisa Rusk: So much beauty!!!! Tons of green. Fountains, several parks, fishing areas, Martins Dock where they have summer concerts. Lots of geese and ducks. Plenty of benches and picnic tables. And a wonderful 3.6 mile walking path that goes around the entire lake.

5 /5 Julie Ann Zerby Rinard: My go-to place for a walk any time of year. Trees from around the world and nicely maintained grass and planted areas. The city tries to keep up with tree safety, but several times a year there are hazards with falling branches. There is variety of birds as well as turtles, squirrels and beaver. Two playgrounds and two areas with restrooms. The best outdoor community events happen here.

4 /5 Blake Shellabarger: It seems a fair amount of people review lake Sacajawea Park. Theres no services here theres no food or products to buy and theres rarely any workers here. You might see somebody mowing the lawn. So Im not really sure what good a review does for this park. Its busy here. There are people walking the path which goes all the way around the entire park. There are plenty of spots to stop and look at the water and the Japanese gardens areas. Plenty of nice little benches and spots to stop and take a break. A lot of the grass here is Browning like the lawn in my front yard. Like many areas in longview. There are however some nice shaded spots with some really nice green grass. Those spots I noticed the geese like two hang out on.
