1 /5 Lauren fielder: Honestly truly a terrible place to get your lashes done. I came in a few times after 2 weeks to get a fill & every time I was told that I needed a full set. The last time I came in after 1.5 weeks to avoid needing another new set, I tried making an appointment with someone else to my lashes, since the other one can’t seem to do mine without them immeaditely falling out, but she was a no show to my appointment. When her colleague called her, she said her friend could do my lashes, which isn’t what I wanted given the lashes kept on almost immeaditely falling out. I opted to have my lashes removed so I could go somewhere else.

1 /5 Kaily Kaily: What I asked vs what I got. From the beginning, I asked her can you do it if not I can change to another style and she confirmed she can do it. Ok then we started, other places first they will start with cleaning your eyes and lashes just in case you have makeup on but here she just starts putting on right away I laid down. While she doing my eyes lashes, she keeps talking on the phone none stop and I feel like she did not even focus to do it. Then she has other customers come in so she tried to do it very quickly for me and drop it to do eyes brow for the other one. The picture I asked vs what I got was totally different and she was arguing with me that it was the same and the tip vs the end of the eyes lashes she used was the same length which even made it looks worse.. So I got frustrated and told her to remove all it... Long story but I just gonna end here. Never gonna come back here, 0/5, bad service. PLEASE CONSIDER BEFORE YOU TRY THIS PLACE.

2 /5 Ashley Marasigan: I’ve only been here 2 times. The first time, I came in to get my lashes filled. I typically get my lashes done at Theary Academy (also in federal way!) and they’re fantastic. I’ve been doing my lashes for years. I recently decided to look for other lash places just because as much as I love my regular lash place, it’s always hard to get scheduled because they get booked out so quickly. When I first came in, it wasn’t busy and I was seen right away which is great. She offered to do my brows and they turned out fine. When it came down to my lashes, she did them fairly quickly and my left eye had glue on it that made it uncomfortable to open my eye for a bit. I usually get a refill every 2-3 weeks but I noticed fall out almost right away. Not to mention that I was told threading my brows would be $8 yet my bill didn’t seem to match the prices for my lashes and brows. Today, I came in for a refill (it’s been exactly 2 weeks) and the lady said most of the lashes were gone and I needed a full set. I didn’t want to walk around with my lashes looking crazy so I opted to get my lashes done anyways, but I was pretty upset that my lashes didn’t even last 2 weeks like it usually does. Like I said, I’ve been getting my lashes done for years and I’ve had them done in maybe 3 different places and NEVER have I had so much fall out in less than 2 weeks. And my lashes came out uneven and clumpy. She also did a full set in less than an hour which was odd to me because every time I get my lashes done, it takes much longer than this. It felt like she was rushing and it also hurt from time to time which is weird because I’ve never experienced that in the years I’ve been getting my lashes done. I expected to pay ~$70 today for a full but instead I paid $126 for a full set that didn’t even turn out the way I wanted. I think the staff is nice but I wouldn’t recommend this place for lashes. They did a decent job with my brows but other than that, find somewhere else. I also pay the same at my regular lash place and get my money’s worth. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be back here.
