another-citlali: shes amazing at doing my hair. Every time I walk in wanting to dye my hair a certain color, she is very thorough and focused on getting it the right shade. Ive walked in with blue hair and asked to dye it red, and she took care of my hair so it was healthy even after dyeing it multiple times. 10/10 would recommend

I asked for a simple clean-up, and they completely ruined my eyebrows. Theyāre now thin, uneven, and donāt even match. The technician didnāt listen at all and over-threaded them into a mess.
When I pointed it out, they didnāt careāno apology, no fix, just terrible service. Now I have to wait months for them to grow back. Avoid this place at all costs!

Iām happy to say that I came back and Iāve been coming back since that day just because the services they offer are awesome. They make you feel beautiful today I met the owner. She was very nice, I had a wonderful experience today and I was very happy about the way my lashes and my eyebrows turned out. I do have an ankle monitor on. Iām not a criminal at all. I just happen to be in a rough situation. I appreciate that she didnāt judge me. She simply asked what happened , and she was very sweet.

My original stylist had an emergency, but I received two automatic alerts and a personal text, which made me feel informed and well cared for. The salonās location is super convenient, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and spotless. Preet was so friendly and did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. Iāll definitely be coming back!
