The location with garage parking to be ideal, and the overall quality of the services to be wonderful. I am a dip girly through and through. Allee, I will get a nail design, but I’m really just looking for a manicure that will last over two weeks and still look professional at work. I am extremely happy with the overall quality of my nails the last two times that I have come in. It has been over a year since I have found a place that I would want to go back to, and I have finally found that place! I will be a recurring client as long as I live in the area.

5 /5 Alex V: This nail salon is a small hole in the wall in lake city. Found this spot when I was looking online for salons nearby. I gave them a call and made an appointment the very next day for Saturday morning. Street parking was a little tough to find but I got free parking adjacent to lake city way. I noticed on their outdoor sign that there’s a parking garage so I’ll have to locate it next time I come! I was greeted warmly and immediately seated in the chair. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure for $80, before tip, and it took exactly an hour to complete. I was given a nice back, hand, and calf massage as well. The salon was clean and they had many gel color options. Within the hour I was there, you could tell there were many long term returning customers who value the staff and vice-versa. Definitely come here next time you’re looking to get your nails done!

Everyone working here seems to enjoy what they do and strive for giving the customer a great product. Im relatively new to getting my nails done but I feel the nails I got were essentially perfect quality ☺️

I asked if she could just give me a black almond shaped nails but I have no idea what this is. Some of the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. The only reason my pointer finger is straight is because that’s the one she ripped off and replaced with acrylic.

Chelsea Williams: Ive been a frequent customer of Apollo Nails & Spa for two years. I appreciate their efficiency, their focus on natural nails and nail health, the cleanliness of the store, and their flexibility for walk-ins/same day appointments. The technicians are friendly as well. Some can do basic nail art like hearts, flowers, simple line designs. At times, I do feel rushed because they fit in a lot of people in during the working hours. This is reflected in frequent late start times and missed polish spots. I recently came in and required 3D gel removal on four nails. My technician was less than enthusiastic and made it known that it was going to be really challenging because she did not have the right tools. All understandable! However, it was hard for me to keep hearing how difficult it was. It came to a point where I wanted to remove the gel myself. I was charged over $25 dollars for the removal (the menu says $5). I asked about this difference and they said because it took so long they needed to charge accordingly. I get this as well, but my technician had her lunch during this timeframe which of course added to the overall wait. I was also encouraged to cut my nails so the appointment would be faster. All in all, Ive enjoyed my experiences at Apollo Nails. They do a good job, but after my recent experience I am a bit hesitant to keep Apollo as my regular spot.

Lydia Kim: They will price match as groupon price— just ask Van! I walked in on Saturday around 4 pm without a reservation. She was able to take a walk in since there was only one person getting a pedicure. Honestly if you are expecting a luxurious nail shop experience, this is not the place. But if you are looking for a little glow up on a budget and a good chat with a nail tech, this is your place! I wouldn’t say this is the most clean place since I am not sure if the salon sanitize their equipments, but Van works very fast and efficient. While cleaning/painting nails, we were also having some deep conversation i felt like i got to know her as a human lol. She is a very hard working lady who is genuine. I would definitely come back here to support her business!

We ended up deciding to make changes as we went and she was super receptive to my requests. I’ve been going here for over a year for regular acrylic fills and great price and quality. I’ve included previous pics of nails that I’ve gotten here.

Morgan C: I asked for a full set and pedicure to start, she ended up cutting me 3 times while doing my manicure without giving me any type of discount, still charging me $70. then told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes after my manicure was done to start my pedicure. I kept saying I wanted a more tan base like the picture and she kept insisting to do the color she wanted. The pink is what I asked for and the brown is what I got. The bathroom was also kind of dirty.
