Before the appointment: I DMd her on Instagram asking about what type of service I should book based on my current hair situation, needs, and wants - such as something low maintenance since I have a busy lifestyle. She provided me with realistic references and was honest that the potential outcome might be darker than what I wanted based on the integrity of my hair, which I was completely open to. During the appointment: she looked at my hair and then showed me a book with potential hair color outcomes. Everything she showed me was on the spectrum of hair colors/looks I was open to, so I told her to choose whichever she thought was best. So glad I did because I love the outcome! ----- Booking: Easy and straightforward. Parking: Lots of free parking spaces!

5 /5 CT: Anna is my favorite! Ive been going to her to get my hair cut for the past few years and time after time she knows exactly what I want. Not only is she super friendly and welcoming, she also has tons of experience and is incredibly knowledgeable about her work so I know Im in good hands when I book with her. Anna is who Ill always go to whenever I need to cut or style my hair. I just scheduled my first lash lift/tint with her too!

She engaged with me effortlessly and really listened to what I wanted and was able to provide her own expertise and knowledge so my hair would come out the way I wanted and last longer too. Kilie Steel: Literally the worst haircut of my life. Just wanted a trim and my bangs cut, along with a haircut for my son. I had to go to another salon to fix the mess. The owner refunded me it was so awful. The salon I took my son to to fix his haircut literally said if that came from her salon shed fire them. She barely touched me when she "washed" my hair. Didnt even brush my hair from bottom to top. Just straight up pulled the rats through top to bottom.
