Mai Nails- South Hill - Spokane (WA)

5 /5 JM OConnor: Absolutely Love this Nail Salon! I am new to Spokane( just moved in December 2024) and had learned of a nail salon just south of me(another one that was not Mai Nails) and had gone to them twice prior, but my last visit with the other nail salon was less than stellar( I dont like to be chastised for being early for my appt. so I decided to take my business elsewhere). I called Mai Nails on the off chance that they could take me as a last minute appt. and I believe it was Mai I spoke with and she asked how soon I could be there and I advised less than 5 minutes( I am literally a hop, skip and jump away from the location), I got to Mai Nails and I love how cozy the shop is when I walked in and how wonderfully friendly everyone was when they greeted me :) . I got my nails done by Mai herself and she is an ABSOLUTE JOY! I love her and her bubbly personality and how funny she is! I love also the fact that I got a neck and shoulder massage( which I didnt know I needed until it started), I then told Mai I am going to move in and never leave since this is my new favorite place to be! My nails look phenomenal( I came in for a fill) and I will be there again this weekend for another fill and it is also my birthday this week, so my nails have look their best! :D Thank you Mai!

4 /5 Angela A: I got a pedi done was charged 55 dollars and it looked like i did it myself. I did enjoy the foot rub and the water soak. The Lady Kim was very nice and sweet I did tip her 10. I’d say to treat yourself if you can afford it, but I wish the prices were more flexible.

5 /5 Echo Butterfield: I have been going to this nail salon off and on for years. However, whenever I come back I am welcomed with excitement and happiness. Mai is such a sweet woman and she takes great pride in offering a clean and welcoming environment. Even though she is not my regular nail tech she greets me with an abundance of joy. I always call and schedule appointments (acrylic, toes, and waxing) and she always does her best to satisfy me! She sparks conversations with me, mixes colors for me, offers me tips for my sensitive skin, and tackles ANY design that I show her. For example, she recently did halloween nails for me and EXCEEDED my expectations!
