05-2025 Jessi Nails in List Best 20 Nail Salons in Spokane, WA (Part 3)Venus beautiful nails - Spokane LA CA: This is the first time that Ive had acrylic nails and they have not popped off before the two-week mark! I am rough on my hands I work in the medical field, and now at the fire department, so my nails get banged they get pulled back I have bruised my thumb etc. however they are still going strong. When I go in for my fill Ill be asking for them to be thinned out a bit to make them a little more pointed.
Update: got them filled and had them use basically my own color street nail designs and it costed $65. The person who put them on for me said she hasnt ever done them before so it was a learning experience they did come out with a few chips and nicks but overall it was good. I did have to put two more top coats on once home. They are the purple and blue ones.
Mai Nails- South Hill - Spokane Savanah Thompson: I visited this place while in Spokane for my bfs job. I first Called and requested Gel x and was told they could complete this service when in fact they could not. When I opened the door of the salon I was hit in the face with the smell of acrylic and acetone as theres not enough ventilation in the small area. I received tips with SEVERAL layers of gel builder on top. The process of getting my nails prepped for the gel polish was very painful as the lady was pressing very hard on the sides of my fingers. To top it off my nails are uneven, not the same length on each hand and on some have streaks that you can see through the polish and didnt even apply cuticle oil after slaughtering them. Im VERY disappointed in my experience here and would not recommend anyone to go here.

Nail Paradise - Spokane Sara Araica: If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time coming to this place. Customer service is horrible. They give you attitude from the moment you walk in, until you leave. I came to get a pedicure and the guy proceeded to put my sandals on without the polish being dry fully. I told him I didnāt mind sitting to wait for the nail polish to dry, and he proceeded to ignore me, or give me the paper sandals that all nail salons give out in the mean time your polish dry. I still paid and TIP THEM BOTH individually. As soon as I got to my car, I took the sandals off and they were all smoosh into it and turned around to see if they could fix it and they had already left. Obviously they were in a rush because they wanted to leave. I came two days later to ask them if they can fix it or give me a refund. To what they automatically said āwe donāt do refundsā and then she gave me attitude the whole way as she kept explaining me āhow regular polish workā, until I had enough and I told her, Iām 27 years old, I know how nail polish work, you guys put my sandals not me. Iām being polite no need to keep giving me attitude or keep rolling your eyes at meā¦. Long story short, if you donāt like getting attitude while you are paying so much money for a service that they specify for, donāt come here.
VIP Nails - Spokane Stephanie Gottlob: Next month will be 12 months of coming exclusively to VIP ! I just love all the ladies here! They are all sweet and super friendly! Plus my nails alway look amazing when i leave. I get so many compliments when Iām im shopping or traveling! I donāt just get my hands done i have gotten my full face waxed and it was amazing. I also get pedicures and the hot stone message and paraffin waxā¦ the best thing ever - i highly recommend!
New World Nails Lounge & Spa - Spokane Valley Riley Schultz: TRULY THE BEST NAIL SALON IN ALL OF SPOKANE!!!!! This place transports you to as if you were in VEGAS! Itās so classy and elegant every where you look! Very clean, very professional, mocktail drinks we got were so yummy! Felt like we got king and queen treatment! Highly recommend their aromatherapy pedicure with the lavender was heavenly even got hot stones with it! New favorite nail salon & spa!!!! ALSO THEIR MASSAGE CHAIRS ARE THE BEST EVER!!!!
Regal Nails - Spokane Melania Colon: 4 star being nice. Spent less than 10 minutes painting my nails this color after the 2 I picked, she said didnt work. He desk she had me at wasnt clean with nail shavings and dust all over. She painted my skin and didnt take it off. Also, didnt paint part of my nail. She was solo and rushing. I wont spent over $25 for this again here.
Talonz Nail Studio - Spokane Valley Sarah Strouse: Elena is amazing at what she does, each time Ive gone to her Ive left happy and excited to show off my new set for the next couple weeks. She is very good at nail art and can copy reference pictures well; if theres ever a design that isnt in her wheelhouse she is upfront about that (though she is really talented and very rarely have I found something that wasnt in her range). Always willing to work with you and help make sure you are getting what you wanted; often times Ive come to her with a design that was close to what I was envisioning but needed to add or subtract certain elements, and she was able to see the vision and execute it with skill. Beyond just her knack for nail art, she is also someone I genuinely enjoy talking to throughout the appointment. She uses nail forms, so you will always have a perfect fit. Has lots of fun nail stickers available if youre having trouble deciding on a design. Reccomend Talonz 1000%, been going here for a couple years and plan on continuing to as long as I live in Spokaneā”
D B Nails - Spokane Valley JC K: I love taking my 14-year-old granddaughter for either Manicures or Pedicures as an outing. We came to DBs for our first pedicure together this last summer and had a great experience. I was told when we left that we never needed to call for an appointment, to just walk in and they would take us. So, this past Christmas break we went back to DBs for manicures. When we got there, without an appointment, we were told it would be a 40-minute wait, so we went to have ice cream and then returned. Once there, the owner kept asking which manicure we wanted. I asked the price, and he said $27 for regular and $37 for Gel. I said we just want the regular. He said "Oh you dont want regular. Its no good, it chips too easy." I said, "why do you do it then, if it is no good" but I didnt get a response. He kept asking me price and again I said regular, and then he said, "Gel for $27". I said "for $27" and he said again, "Gel for $27" and I said, ok then, if it is $27.
When we were all done and went to pay, I gave him my Card and when he gave me the slip to sign, he charged me $37 each! I said to him, "that is not $27 each!" He just looked up at me and smiled, as if to say "gotcha". I was so angry and felt I got played. I didnt want to make a scene and to be honest, I was in shock. I felt tricked and my granddaughter had to witness this. I chose to leave without arguing and I decided I would wait and do a review instead. The sad part is, when we got into the car, my granddaughter said, "grandma, he lied to you!!!" Yes, he did...
The only reason I gave 2 stars, is because our first experience was a fun one and that is my goal when I am with my granddaughter. It is too bad that we had to walk away the second time so very disappointed. Needless to say, we will not be going back.
Ginnyās Nails & More - Spokane Barbara Cervelli: Jennifer does incredible work; she is a professional perfectionist, takes her time and does manicures/pedicures the right way. My nail color lasts a good length of time compared to other salons. Her artwork is impressive. I highly recommend her. āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø
