First visit was very pleasant & simple to understand with going over my insurance and the costs for everything. Tiara was great with this and making sure I knew all my appointments! My hygienist, Haley, was awesome as well and very easy to talk too and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Happy I came across this dentist office! Oh yeah and the doc, doctor Colton was a very cool guy - I kind of want to hang out with him out side the office, maybe get a pair of shoes together or something. Idk!

Panda Panda: Very good for people with dental anxiety!!! I cant thank all the staff at Northpointe enough. Had a dental emergency and had to adjust my dental plan they laid out and needed an root canal sooner rather than later. They were able to fit me in within a couple days. I also have some pretty severe dental anxiety and was already freaking out in the lobby a little bit. The front-desk person was very helpful and comforting and all the staff in the back were great. The doctor was very communicative and great. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs routine dental work and has anxiety/fears involving dentists.

Mark Harry: Happy with Cascade since BEFORE 2009 until today. Agreement not kept by Dr. Doctor would not return phone request. Referred to most expensive loan cost in state. Refused to adequately treat. I can only eat noodles and soft food now. Diabetic cant control on this diet. ADA says this is malpractice to refuse to adequately treat patient in need. Wont ever go back again after all these years of paying AS AGREED and Paid IN FULL.
