Jan Oakland: As usual, my visit to Dr. Lieu’s office was great. I always feel welcome and am treated with professionalism. I particularly appreciate the care Gina gives when cleaning my teeth. I have always dreaded going to the dentist for cleaning, but she has definitely changed my attitude. I also appreciate Dr. Lieu’s interaction and explanation of work that needs to be done. Thanks again! Crowns aren’t fun, but Dr. Lieu and his assistant make it as easy as it can be! Lots of explanation and concern for my comfort! I recommend him to anyone needing a fantastic dentist! Thank you again, Jan.

Amanda Bohl: Mixed feelings because I just had my worst dental experience ever in this office. My first two experiences with their office were fantastic. The staff is kind. It’s why I felt confident in booking all my dental work that I’ve been putting off.. But… 1. My medical history wasn’t well considered when selecting my sedation for a long procedure. And it was poorly communicated to me. I also had to ask them about it 2 days before my procedure. It seemed like they had completely forgotten about it. Pretty sure I wouldn’t have had any sedation if I hadn’t asked. 2. It took a combination of my own personal medication and their prescription to get me sedated enough that I could deal with having the procedure done. So now I’m short on my sleep and anxiety medications. 3. I had to pay a lot of money to be “monitored” during the sedation when they use a common bedtime medication for their sedation. When I was previously prescribed this medication for sleep, no one came to my home to monitor me in my sleep. 4. When I arrived the hygienist was surprised they only gave me 3 pills instead of 4, which is what they normally prescribe. She clearly stated this is less than what they normally give patients. 5. A cap was being placed over one tooth, but I wasn’t really told what that meant. The (what I’m guessing is a temporary) cap fell off my tooth a couple hours after getting home and it caused major panic. I hadn’t realized they were going to shave the entire tooth down the way they did. I’m not ever sure how I’m supposed to care for it. I would expect a little information about what’s happening and how to take care of it since they can see I’ve never had anything like that done before. 6. They have no way to help patients with anxiety in office. Everything is outsourced. They will just ask you to reschedule, which just doesn’t work for most people these days. I’m terrified for part 2 of this dental work (have the permanent cap put on)

Micah M: EXTREMELY overpriced with over the top procedures you don’t need and insurance won’t cover. I had to have my new dentist fix what they had attempted to. If you have a xtra cash to waist on frivolous things this is your place. The staff were friendly and polite however.

Melissa Gutierrez: This our second time coming back to Orthodontic Excellence. We have had nothing but good experiences. First time with my son and now with my daughter. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Definitely recommending to everyone we know.
    Dr. Ryan Hanks - Puyallup
Annie Bailey: We’ve LOVED Dr. Hanks and the entire team at Woodland Dental! They’re friendly, are fantastic with littles (I have a 4 year old who loves the dentist which is mostly because of how amazing the team is here!), and professional. I’d recommend this dentist to everyone.

Jeffrey Wyrwitzke: Im a new patient at Evergreen Oral Surgery in Puyallup. I am quite impressed with this clinic. I was contacted by them in a timely manner after being referred by my dentist. The staff...including Dr. Wightman...have been extremely friendly, caring, professional, and proficient. At the time of my referral appointment, Dr. Wightman thoroughly explained the planned procedure with me and again on the day of surgery. I received easy to understand post-op instructions upon leaving the clinic after my procedure and picked up my pre-ordered prescriptions. I received a call from the clinic the day after to check up on me. Start to finish, this is a professionally and efficiently operated practice. They have my complete confidence to take care of me.

Kate Nelson: Can’t say enough good things about this office and staff. From the front desk to assistants and hygienists to each of the dentists, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Walker creates such a fun environment, and it shows in how happy his staff is. Billing is transparent and easily laid out before procedures are done, ensuring everyone is on the same page. I can honestly say I don’t dread going, or bringing my kids, to the dentist anymore.
