Titusville (US 1) MedFast Urgent Care | Walk In Clinic | Emergency Quick Care - Titusville Christina Denis: Arrived at MedFast before they opened. As several employees arrived they all walked by me and didnt say hello, felt kind of strange. The last two to arrive, were very friendly and asked me if Id like to come sit inside to wait. Turns out they were working the front desk and very friendly. Saw the Doctor (John) and he was extremely helpful and thoughtful in helping me with my symptoms. I was more than satisfied with his care and felt heard. He created a treatment that I felt comfortable with and was very responsive to my input. The only complaint I had about my experience was the "rock music/radio station" playing in the open office area when patient rooms were. It felt very unprofessional and I had a bit of a hard time focusing on my discussion with the Dr. with it playing just outside the door. I happen to enjoy rock music, but not during a professional appointment. Otherwise, I would definitely go back.
