When they asked about the glasses the employee simply told them it wasn’t their responsibility. Spending so much money and they can’t even be trusted with personal belongings. Honestly it’s BS. Personally I want to feel comfortable with the person working on my vehicle. He gave me the impression that my vehicle wasnt good enough for his time. Maybe I just caught him in a bad mood but I certainly wont go back. First impressions mean a lot there Mr Alignment guy and you made me feel like your not very nice. If you dont like what you do find another career.
