1 /5 Breeane Kent: We attempted to have this shop repair some damage on our sons car after he hit a deer. From the beginning, the communication was lacking- we could not get a return phone call, nobody seemed to know what was going on, or their voicemail was full and we could not leave a message. They told us to drop the car off on a specific date and when we called for an update later that day, the woman laughed and said it was not a one day job. But when we tried to get answers, we couldnt despite numerous phone calls and even attempts to go into the shop for an update. They lied about needing more parts to order and that was the hold up. After 2 weeks of no communication, we decided to switch shops and informed them we would be coming by for the car. They were not happy and said they would likely charge us a restocking fee since they already had all the parts to repair. This was a claim through our insurance provider so we alerted them to these accusations and they said that the shop has not even followed the proper procedure for the claim.We picked up the car and took it to another shop to have the repairs done.
We would not recommend this shop to anyone. Better off taking your vehicle somewhere else.
