1 /5 Shay Flory: I dealt with this man and his partner when he worked in Wenatchee. I was having issues they did a colonoscopy and NEVER got back to me. Years later I move back home and it’s getting worse. I get referred to him he does another scope and again no fallow up. Rude, cut me off made me wait almost an hour in the room does the scope and no word back. I call I’m blown off and so upset I ask for a referral to someone else. They call his office to request my record and he CANCELS my other referral and says he’s treating me and I don’t need them to fallow up. Takes months before I find out what’s going on and AGAIN insist on another doctor. I FINALLY get seen a YEAR later by the new doctor at the office and when I tell you the horror on that man’s face when he realized that they found on the scope that I have UC and it’s been going untreated for years. In the mean time I’m sick and loosing hours at work and time with my daughter. It was a nightmare. Please please DONT SEE THIS GUY!

4 /5 Sweets Herbalist (Patti): I had my colonoscopy done today. My appointment was at 12pm and by 2pm I was in my room waiting for the procedure. There are many factors as to why the wait time was so long. Either they were short staffed or patients arrived late to their appointment. Regardless of the reason, patience is a virtue. The staff were very hospitable and apologized for the wait time. The doctor introduced himself and was very friendly. He asked if I had any questions, I said no. Overall, the procedure went very well. I also appreciate the synergy the staff had and their music choice before I went under. I knew I was going to be in good hands.

1 /5 Ricardo L: I had a translator, the doctor did not let me explain my problem, he simply interrupted me and did not let me finish, I asked him something again and the translator seemed to be afraid to ask the doctor and simply did not do it, it seemed like he feels very superior to his patients (the doctor)and they do not deserve his time.

1 /5 Cee: If I could do ZERO STARS I most definitely would give that to him!!! Waited over 45 minutes in my room no sorry nothing. He walked in said his name and thats it. He had all my paper work and I still had to go on my phone and show him my test results because he didn’t wanna take the time to look at my papers and then was told I had no ultrasound and finally decided to look back through my papers and was like oh yup it’s right here. This doctor is suppose to help and make others feel comfortable and he did the absolute opposite he had no interaction as well as his nurse and was rude. I already called my primary doctor for a referral to go somewhere else!!!
