Being a senior citizen (like 85), having enough bone for implants was really tricky. Dr. Repanich put together a team to be creative and make the best use of the available bone...and successfually implant replacement teeth. Throughout what was a time consuming process of several stages,he was always available. It has been a complete success.

    Emmeline: I absolutely recommend Dr. Taylor and his office for your dental needs. I have been a patient since moving back to Bellingham in 2015 and have dental anxiety. He always makes sure I am comfortable and well-anesthetized before beginning any work. He’s also willing to look at an area again or review any questions or concerns I have due to sensitivity. The level of patient care shows in the details of how they even make sure to put lip balm on for you before they begin. The dental hygienists are all extremely capable and professional. The cleanings are very thorough and always include home care information and letting you know how your teeth are looking and where you can improve or if you are doing well. Everyone is always very careful to read my chart before any procedure and recognize that I might need more time or patience because of my anxiety. Scheduling has also always been easy, with availability if an appointment has to be changed, and contact & confirmations over text. The gorgeous Therapy dog, Justice, who greets you in the lobby and will go back with you for appointments also really helps!

    Ruth Krause: Was a patient for years but got tired of being pushed to get Invisalign everytime I saw Dr Bob. I actually dreaded appointments because of this. I had braces as a teen and my teeth have shifted slightly since. At one point Dr Bob even made the comment "guess your Dad was too cheap to buy the retainers." Its inappropriate to assume such a thing and speak ill of my deceased father. My last appointment there I was a few minutes late. My partner had gotten in an accident and just totalled the car on his way to work while I was heading to this appointment. Multiple staff including Dr Bob came to me to address being late, stating that appointment time is the busiest and now their whole schedule is thrown off. Theyre so busy they all had time to come make me feel like crap. I only heard 1 other patient in there. I got out of there as fast as possible and wont be back. My teeth and gums are healthy, at 44 years old Ive never had a cavity or gingivitis, I dont need a pushy Invisalign salesman for a dentist.

    Kate Atiya Malkin: From Donna at the front desk to Bailey on intake and X-rays to Dr Hanks low intervention, zero upselling approach, to Gigi Garcia my kind and careful dental hygienist and on my way out the door with insurance and follow up appointments with Diana, my experience was the most positive stress free DDS visit I’ve ever had. It’s taken me two years to get back in the chair after a bad experience. Dr. Hanks and his team made it easy. I’m honestly looking forward to next time.

    Sandy Romango: I had to have an emergency extraction and bone graft yesterday, 1-24-25, from referral to completion was 48 hours. Dr. Chen and his staff are amazing, everyone introduced themselves to me and explained very well what was going to happen. Thanks to the sedation and medication I can not remember anyones names! LOL I have never in my life come away from a dentist appointment looking forward to going back, I felt cared for, safe and confident that I would be ok.

    Heather Steele: My first two appointments went very well, but I was disappointed with how a recent cancellation was handled. Due to the impending snowstorm and the 4–6 inches of compact snow and ice already at my home, I called the afternoon before my appointment to leave a message letting them know I wouldn’t be able to make it. I was trying to be proactive and responsible given the conditions. Despite this, I was charged a $100 no-show fee. I was told their staff were able to make it in (which is great), but there was little understanding or flexibility regarding my situation. This was the first time I had to cancel, and I was hoping to reschedule—but the lack of accommodation has unfortunately led me to take my business elsewhere.
