5 /5 Dona Magno: Had a great experience at Mosé. My car was staeting then not starting. Brought my car down for them to check out. The hope was that they could recreate the same issue at their shop so they could do a diagnostic in that moment. Of course every time they tried, my car started right up. A code did pop up in the initial diagnostic history that seemed like the best bet to pursue. I need my car to work and make a living, so to me it made sense to move forward with that repair. I felt very comfortable pusuing the most likely repair because Mose’ & Carlos were so kind and patient with answering the multitudes of questions that I had. I got the vibe of honesty which is very important to me. Carlos told me to bring my car back in 15 days so they could check for any new codes that might pop up. Follow through to boot! Instead of pay your invoice. Here’s your key back. Good-bye. That is good customer service that will build a relationship with any new client.

5 /5 Katy Green: This is my second experience with Mose and I will definitely be back! Their technicians are very knowledgeable and up front about what they think the car needs. For an oil change and air filter replacement, I was in and out in about an hour! If you are waiting, they have a great new sofa and you may get to hang out with the shop cat! I have had squeaky breaks on my 2023 car (weird) and they’ve looked at the brakes twice without charging me to ensure the brake pads are still in good shape. Instead of telling me that I should replace them, they recommended I take it into the dealership since it is still a relatively new car and it may be covered under warranty. I was really impressed with the straightforwardness of that specific interaction. They could have told me the brakes were toast and I needed to fork over hundreds for new brake pads, but they gave me a cost effective interim solution.

Ive taken my car to other shops and I feel like they are always trying to up sell me. But not Mose Auto. They are honest, quick and very professional and friendly. Best shop!
