The price was very reasonable, they were willing to talk to me beforehand and afterwards and were very patient with my many questions. They also sent me interim updates while they were doing the inspection. I feel like the inspection was fairly thorough, And they were very friendly to deal with. The technician who helped me is named Max. Five stars from me!

What I was impressed with was the friendly front line/desk/tech employees. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, communicative and not pushy.. As for the actual work done on the car, as I stayed it was a simple oil change. So far so good. Im just happy I found experts on Mini Coopers..

I appreciate their calm and professional demeanor, suggesting I go to the dealership as my car is most likely under warranty. They went over my car for a very reasonable priceand let me know about some minor issues that might come up in the future. They have a super friendly staff, and I felt like they were interested in getting it right. I also had some rattles and they worked to find them and I can happily report, they were successful- And didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I feel like they’ve got my back. I would highly recommend this shop.

Peter Lee: I am from out of state and was in the area doing a local contract job when I heard an audible clunking noise and squealing coming from the rear end of my truck when going over bumps. Thinking that my rear differential was on its way out, a quick Google search and customer reviews led me to this shop. Per the diagnosis, the squealing resulted from my drivers front brakes missing its hardware and the clunking noise from my exhaust banging around. Although Marco was pleasant to work with and flexible in the turnaround time, I am appalled at the welds done on my exhaust. The welds were visibly poor, with gaps and unevenness, which could lead to further issues. Not to mention, the squealing did not go away after the installation of new hardware and pads. I considered bringing my truck back, however, based on the work performed, I am better off cutting my losses and going elsewhere.

After being here twice for oil changes and servicing on my Ford Bronco, I am so satisfied with how honest, communicative (in easy to understand language), and fair their prices are. Both times Ishii had noticed a "sweet smell" coming from my engine with concerns for a coolant leak and I took it to my dealership (under warranty) and they detected exactly what Ishii had noted (despite other places never mentioning this). They never pushed additional services on me and were upfront with costs. I highly recommend their inspection, they are exceptionally detailed!!
