Shortly after moving to Bellevue, someone tried to steal my car and broke into it. It was a tough and frustrating situation, especially being new to the city and trying to get settled. I called Neilson Auto Repair and spoke with Hoss, and from the very first conversation, he immediately put me at ease. I explained everything, and he was not only kind and understanding, but also confident and reassuring that they’d take care of it right away.
That same evening, he arranged for my car to be towed. Once my insurance claim cleared, he ordered the necessary parts and had everything fixed within just three days. Throughout the process, Hoss was incredibly responsive, kept me updated, and showed genuine care.
When I got my car back, it looked and felt like nothing had ever happened to it. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their customer service truly made a difference during a difficult time.
