Dr Hunter was so wonderful. She explained everything clearly and was very reassuring. I am so thankful for everyone who provided such great care.

5 /5 Kim Brawn: I was visiting Tacoma from Phoenix, AZ. And found myself in a lot of abdominal pain. The staff at this facility was so kind and caring. Everyone from the check-in, triage, Nurse Chrystal and Nurse Alli were outstanding! But the biggest shout out goes to Dr. Parekh who was such an attentive provider. She cares and it shows!

5 /5 Tosha Nobles: I received the best care on both days I had to go to the ER this week. (9/30 & 10/2) From the receptionist to the nurses and Drs I interacted with; they were all so nice, compassionate, understanding, patient, and cared. I’m not good with names, but thank you for all that you do. The hospital does get busy so there will be a long wait on most days, (it’s the ER) but today I was able to get in right away and get taken care of. I appreciate all that you did to get me feeling better than I came in. Thanks Allenmore team.

5 /5 Cheryl Hansen: I ended up in the ER on Wednesday Dec 11th 2024. I had excellent care. The doctor ( Ryan Kilan MD ) was awesome. All the staff were, but the doctor went above and beyond with his care. I cant express my gratitude enough. I highly recommend this ER services if you should ever need to go.

I had something unexpected that came up when she found debris in my cornea, and she ended up spending a lot more time with me than expected. She wasnt rushed, and she acted like I was the only thing that mattered at that moment. Its rare that you find a doctor like that with a warm bedside manner. I would recommend and trust her with my friends and loved ones. Very kind and personable

Super convenient having a lab corp on site, also plenty of parking in a good, safe location. They truly take good care of you here. Very thorough, and caring group of people. Daniel Hallstrom: Pulling my family out of here. Went in for annual well visits and had my family established. I had assurances from my insurance company and their billing department that it would be covered as an “annual checkup”. I started getting bills associated with these visits upwards of $250 each and that was after insurance paid their part. Good luck trying to talk to someone. Their customer service routes to a “business center”. I’d recommend staying far far away from Franciscan or any of their offices

Robert Mclaughlin: I really do like the Naval Hospital, they have always been good to my family and very helpful. The family practice for us has been spot on for 40 years. I like the views and the comfort of the waiting rooms. I know that some think the wait is long for many things but if you consider the number of people they see it is really not bad. Coming on Saturday for pharmacy is really your best bet, lobby opens at 7:30 and windows open at 8:00. The parking is very good and they have great customer service. Just think if you dont like the provider and they are Military they will transfer soon.

Carl and Marci Wiegand: Low cost clinic that provides much needed care for people who are low income. Very professional and competent staff. Many locations in and around Kitsap county. After hours clinic available. They also provide dental services and all fees are based on a sliding scale. Pharmacy available on site. They get funding from state and federal government as well from low co-pays for services provided. Doctors are well trained and pay attention to what you say without making you feel rushed counseling services are also available to those in need.

Cliff Little II: I was at the Port Orchard Kaiser Permanente this morning. I arrived at 0800 and two people in front of me. The first was a young father with a 3 year old daughter. They were in the lab for a while but while she was in there. I never heard any crying. The lab tech did an amazing job taking her blood without any problems. I would like to give high praise on this lab tech. Her name is Nicole. Great job Nicole
