1 /5 Michelle Patrick: My husband had a scheduled appointment at this clinic this week for a minor procedure. They called just as he was walking out of our front door to say that because it had been 2 months since he was seen initially they wouldnt be doing the procedure and would need to examine him to see if anything had changed. The reason for the length between initial consult and the procedure was that he had pneumonia late December 2024 and they procedure was scheduled for early Jan. 2025 and he was still not fully recovered from the pneumonia. Now we get to start all over again, this time with another clinic. OH did I mention that yes, there was a $400+ copay that he needed to pay BEFORE he was even seen? I called the office today to see just how long it would be before they refunded our copay. Well guess what? They didnt even initiate the refund, told me that I would have to contact the billing office and get that taken care of myself. So I did that, and to my anger, found out that it would take Multicare 1 -2 weeks before they would refund my debit card. Poor customer service from both this clinic and Multicare billing office. Shame on them
