5 /5 C Duda: This is the BEST manicure and pedicure I’ve had done. I did the basic pedicure and she took her time and totally ok with me changing colors before the painting started. I got a Gelx set and seriously the best looking nails I’ve ever had. When I wasn’t sure about the color she painted one nail and cured it a couple times so I could see the finished color. Overall it was an excellent experience. I should note that I went in at 11am on a Wednesday, so the place was empty and I had 2 nail techs attend to me right away. But doesn’t change the fact it was a great experience

5 /5 Stacey Nosky: This was my first time at Nail Pros and they did a very thorough job! I got the special pedicure with gel nail color. They spent over an hour. I liked the option of a complimentary drink. Very clean environment! I would go back again.

1 /5 Amber Kennedy-Horta: Never returning. I’m absolutely disappointed in how the customer service has gone down in this place. The nail techs are always rushing. They don’t listen and do what they want, even after explaining multiple times what it was that I wanted and I experienced people come in after me and was offered complimentary beverages but I wasn’t. And now because the nail tech didn’t properly seal my nails and rushed through the process, my nails are damaged, brittle and I have mold/fungus. This place has completely ruined my nail experience. Go somewhere else. Idc how desperate you are.

5 /5 Jen Kerschner: I took my mom for a girl date. She is disabled and on oxygen. We made an appointment that we were a little early for and they were still totally welcoming and got us in right away. I was expecting a little wait but they were ready for us. It wasnt super busy; there were a handful of other customers getting things done. I really feel like they go out of their way to make everyone feel special and important. Ive been here with my friends before and it was amazing then as well. My mom was so thrilled with everything and felt so pampered, priceless. Totally recommend the jelly pedi, its incredible.

Karina Bykhnyuk: Wish I could put 0 stars! I never put in the time to write reviews but my toe nails have been in pain ever since so I feel like I have! Whatever you do DO NOT GO HERE! I went here for the first time ever in January and they did such a horrible job! Should’ve gotten a clue when I came in and the salon had only one other person getting a pedicure on Saturday… I had my pedicure done and their prices are up there and it was so bad even paid extra for the massage and she seemed very inexperienced and did the bare minimum. I have since had 3 of the most painful ingrowns! She cut them so short on the edges and the polish came off on the of the toes the second week. They claim they don’t do water bowls because it’s not sanitary but I’ve never had so many nail infections in my life I’d rather go to a regular nail salon. Please save yourself the time and money and a possible infection!

C MC: Due to my job, I cant do colors, so I wanted just light pink acrylic. I gaff to remove an old acrylic set that Ive had on since b4 I moved here (1.5 months ago). This is the 1st nail shop Ive been to since moving here, and Im glad I came here. They were patient and kind. And did a great job. And my pedicure was better than Ive gotten from my favorite tech back home. I dont give many places 5 starts, so please dont feel bad about not getting 5 from me. They just eagle rarely exist. No place is perfect. Just a great 1st experience. Acrylic with clear gel $35, feet $35, soak off $15. For me, its great.

After I moved to Bonney Lake I found myself driving to Tacoma to get my nails done because Tammy and Danny do such a good job. Tammy pays attention to detail and demands that from her staff. Her shop is very clean. When my children or friends come to visit I would always do a girls spa day because of how amazing their pedicures are. Now we have moved to Idaho and visit every other month. So I drive from another state to get my nails done. I always get tons of compliments. I have nothing but high regard for this shop.
