I was recommended Natalia’s Beauty Salon by a friend, so I texted to book an appointment for my son to get his haircut. I scheduled on Saturday and she gave me the 10:00 AM time and I agreed as it was the only time I could bring my son in and the soonest time option. I had texted the day before to confirm the appointment and Natalia confirmed the appointment saying, “Yes.” When my son and I arrived, the place was closed. I texted Natalia asking where she was at, and she told me that she would be there at 10:30 AM and to just wait around in the mall for her to get there. I was reluctant but decided to wait. 10:30 rolls around and still no show. Frustrated and annoyed, I continued to wait. By 10:50 I gave up and took my son someplace else. By 11:13 she texted me asking if I was there and I told her no because the appointment was at 10 AM and not 11 AM and that what she did was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place or Natalia, unless you like having your time wasted.
