5 /5 Jenna Weiner: First time customer, needed my A/C fixed. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. Nef is a great communicator, and clearly explained what the options were and a few other things he noticed. He was considerate, honest, and understanding. Also, I was surprised by how quickly the work was done! Would totally come back if/when I need any other work done on my car.

5 /5 Rea Heale: The team at Nef’s is amazing! I needed my AC fixed. They got me in quickly, and even set me up with a loaner vehicle when they unexpectedly needed to keep my car overnight. I was impressed with them from the first call till I drove away. And am thankful every second that I have working AC again (and it’s not even the hottest time of the year yet).

5 /5 Eric Puryear: It is difficult to find a local car repair place that is trustworthy enough for our situation. I live in Nebraska and my Daughter lives in Spokane. The last couple places that we have taken, her car to get fixed, have tried to take advantage of her and I because I was not there in person. That is absolutely not the case with Nefs. They were very communicative during the time they had my car and the bill was exactly what they said it would be. I am so happy to have found a local place for my children to bring their vehicles.

5 /5 Jeremiah Smith: Neftali and his crew are more than fair, they are exceptional, great prices, quick and honest. Recommend all my friends and family go here! I had some work done on my astro and did a lot of the work myself beforehand. Long story short the initial diagnosis was something more severe and costly but he saw that I had just pinched a wire and so the initial didnt need to be done so it saved me hundreds and hundreds. Thanks guys!
