5 /5 John Neuman: After having our car overheat due to a poor oil service change last month (not at this location) when they did not top off the coolant and warn us about a potential leak, North Bend Automotive was very accommodating. We called ahead on Friday of Memorial Day and said we were being towed to their location. We described our circumstances of traveling from MT to WA to see our son before he deployed and they said they would be available to diagnose the issue. We got there and very quickly they/we determined the car was done and needed a new engine. They allowed us to store it there free of charge while they and we researched engine options. They were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. If I lived in this area they would be a service I would use.

5 /5 Jim Gonzales: Ryan and the crew worked on my 1961 Thunderbird and did amazing work. The car had to be dragged into the lot because all the tires were locked up. They kept the car for a few months and treated it like it was their car. They did all the big, and little things that mattered. Thanks!
