5 /5 Kimberly Galloway: What a great experience! I was very impressed with both the staff and the comfortable office environment at the Bellingham office of Northwest Dental. The reception staff were very kind, helpful and professional. The dental assistant that helped me with my impressions was amazing- she was very patient and made me feel at ease with the whole process. I usually get nervous at dental appointments, but the whole experience was smooth and seamless. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

5 /5 Rose Courtney “C-note”: I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Northwest Dentist and Denture, particularly with Dr. Cody. From the moment I sat down, I was blown away by his kindness, compassion, and genuine care. Ive never felt more comfortable at a dentists office. In fact, for the first time in my life, I didn’t want my appointment to end! Also, I cant leave out his lovely assistant that was so sweet, kind, not at all judgmental, and so thorough in the way she explained everything. It was so nice to not have to ask Dr Cody questions that would have been necessary had I not already been taught most of what Dr Cody was explaining briefly before I even had the pleasure of meeting him :) she also made me feel comfortable and so excited to be there! Dr. Cody is hands down the best dentist Ive ever had. He made me feel so understood and never once did I feel judged. He laughed at my silly jokes and matched my excitement, actually making me even more thrilled about the journey to getting my new smile. His positive attitude and down-to-earth personality put me at ease immediately. It’s rare to find someone so talented yet so humble and relatable. I walked into the office wearing DIY dentures I was embarrassed about, but instead of making me feel ashamed, Dr. Cody and his beautiful, sweet assistant celebrated my creativity and made me feel proud of my resourcefulness. They treated me with so much respect and made me feel good about myself, which meant the world to me. Dr. Codys thoroughness was incredible. He took the time to address all of my worries and fears, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. He genuinely cares about his patients happiness and went above and beyond to make sure I will not only be okay with my new dentures but that I will absolutely love them. When he said he wants me to be truly happy with the results, not just “okay” with them, I was moved to tears. That kind of dedication and care is so rare to find. Lastly, I cant leave out the sweethearts at the front that checked me in and scheduled me for my next appointment, which she even was able to make very soon! Quick and easy on the way out! Both the ladies at the front desk were very nice and not at all judgmental either! I’ve never met a more personable, caring, and skilled dentist. I left feeling inspired, hopeful, and excited for my future smile. I can’t thank Dr. Cody enough for giving me hope for a confidence I’ve never known. I wouldn’t recommend any other dentist or denture specialist to anyone who has the chance to visit him. He truly is the best!
