5 /5 Stebar Toni (Toni): As a medical professional I’ve had to take my clients to Northwest Dental for their denture needs. What I noticed was the way my clients were treated, it was with tremendous respect, professionalism and kindness. I knew that I would be needing a full set of new dentures soon as mine were over ten years old. I knew that Northwest Dental was where I was going to have my new dentures made due to my observations of the work and treatment of my clients. My new dentures fit like a glove and they look natural. I had to have implants in my lower jaw due to bone loss, so my lower denture had to fit just right. Don was able to accomplish this. He was really picky on how they looked and fit, for that I am extremely greatful. He instructed me on the proper care of my implants, something that was not told to me when I got them. I feel that Northwest Dental went above and beyond the norm. They truly care about their patients. I thank all of the team members for providing me with my “pearly whites”. These babies are great! Hopefully one manager has integrity will respond to my comment, explained the messed up unprofessional service By the way I spoke to Olivia & she state that nothing we can do now deal with the collection co too late to involve ,

1 /5 Elaine Taylor: I would not recomend any one to go to this dental office. They are very unprofessional and they charged my insurance company for work they didnt do, a cleaning and removal of a bridge I didnt have . When my insurance wouldnt pay for the bridge, they tried to make me pay for it. The upper plate they made didnt fit, after 5 months of going back for adjustments. The plate was so small it caused my lower lip to be caught between my lower teeth and the plate, causing a swollen lip. When I tried to chew, also it pinched my cheeks and sprayed liquid when I swallowed , into my throat, choking me. They were paid $3,000 by my insurance. Now they want more money from me, for a upper plate that I cannot wear and have turned me into a debt collection company.

1 /5 Beautys Beasts: I enjoyed coming up until they decided to discontinue my care for the most apathetic reason. I was recovering from a hysterectomy, having an extremely problematic and painful recovery, and I managed to make it for my appointment in which they could ALL clearly see how much pain I was in. I communicated and rescheduled my next appointment well within the time frame, and due to said complications couldn’t make it in, no one would return my call when I tried calling to explain. Apparently they decided to terminate my care without even so much as a phone call to tell me or talk to me. Then they get an attitude when I ask to make an appointment, unknowing, and THEN relay the information. Pretty unprofessional the way they handled the situation. Too bad.

2 /5 Meriah Degraff: I was referred to this clinic to get my dentures made, but than I got really really sick and was hospitalized, and because I missed appointments to my other issues the refuse to let me come back and have them make my dentures.
