    alliance commander: I had my breaks and front wheel berings Done at this shop over a year ago and I took it back because the breaks started to act up agin and they found the wheel bering was losing agin and fixed it for no charge. 10/10

I was a customer at this shop when it was Bills and I was one of the first customers when the new owners took it over from Bill. From the first visit I have had a purely welcoming and friendly experience. If I have questions, they make sure I understand, they have always been accommodating to schedules and have been reasonable on pricing for all maintenance. This is where my vehicles go for all of their maintenance needs and God forbid if there are any repair needs, Im confident they will take the utmost care.

Something I really appreciated was their team not trying to take advantage of me as a woman bringing my car into a shop- they treated me like they would any other customer and I felt comfortable discussing the issues with my vehicle. Will be coming back for future repairs and services!

    Tanner: Brought my car in for noise in the front end. We decided to have it in at 7am so that they could look at it first thing in the morning. They told me it would be 1 hour and they would then call me with a diagnosis. I had to call the shop at 4:30pm. They told me they had just finished and the total for a diagnosis was over $330. On top of that, they told me my car was going to have over $8000 on repairs (transfer case, front diff, etc). I went to two shops after and they told me that diagnosis was almost completely wrong. I would avoid going to this shop.

They were top notch from the front desk to the back of the house. Thought I had wheel bearing issues. Wrong. U-joints needed replaced. My 21 year old GX470 is riding like new. Customer for life.
