1 /5 Mattie Dickinson: I had a horrible experience starting in the ER. The nurse I had is older. He had NO empathy or compassion. The nurses and CNAS on the floor were nice. Although I didnt see them very often. I have diabetes and high blood pressure. I wasnt given one of my maintenance drugs. My discharge papers stated to discontinue all my diabetic meds. until I could get an appointment with my primary care provider. Luckily, I was able to get in in a short time. My Dr couldnt believe they took me off my meds. The notes she got said I was being treated for a headache. I had a UTI that went septic. Go figure. My advice to anyone considering going to this place is DONT.

Above & beyond every step of the way, from the lady who screened us to the nurse that took me back and Dr. Boylston really listened instead of being dismissive. I think I’m on the road to feel better now finally, thanks to the outstanding staff at Ocean Beach hospital’s ER!

1 /5 James Roth: My dad and mom have been seen their many times and have been treated there many times. I have Power of Attorney over my parents health needs and whenever I ask for medical information on them I get told I cant get information on them when they are seen at the hospital and as POA for them and want to know how they are doing I shouldnt be told I cant give you any information. I am very disappointed in your practices and I will not recommend your services to anyone I know. They need to be seen elsewhere because your practices are absolutely attrocious. I am very disgusted with you.

1 /5 Catalytic Flow: Over $700 for rough care while simply putting glue on my face. I can’t believe they have the audacity to want to increase our property tax for expansion when they already rip us off for care.
