Sadly there was one piece of equipment they could not supply but referred me to another business who could and Norco was so gracious about it. She was welcoming, warm and friendly, and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She has years of experience draw on, and I knew instantly I was in good hands. I have learned to love my CPAP and its benefits, and can always depend on Diane to answer any questions I might have. Great people, great products. It doesn’t get any better than that!!
