4 /5 Woody D: I have been going to Peace Health Cordata for close to five years. It can be a little challenging at first, but once you are established with the organization the experience is pretty good. My wife and I have a primary care physician (Mohammed Mohiddin) who I would rate as one of the best doctors I have had in my 65 years on the planet. If I need to get in to see him it will take a little time, but he and his staff respond pretty quickly to emails through the PH portal on the My Chart app. If I have a pressing problem, I go to the walk-in clinic on the first floor. I have always gotten in quickly and the care has been excellent. Question Diagnostics has two locations in the building. If they were like my Kaiser in SoCal and had a pharmacy on site, it would be a one stop shop. They do have a good coffee place on the second floor of Cordata though, which is great for getting a caffeine fix after a fasting blood test.
Those dreaming of the days when you could get right in with their doctor must be older. Being one of those people, I can say…those days are gone EVERYWHERE! The U.S. has one of the most expensive, yet underperforming medical systems in the world. To top it off, very few new doctors want to be family doctors because the pay is lower than specialist and like most reviewers here, patients tend to be unsatisfied….at least that is what the three doctors in my family tell me.
Peace Health Cordata does a pretty good job, particularly when compared to specialists like cardiology. They are booking appointments three months out.
