I learned my gynecologist was leaving town, initially called the gynecology clinic up by the hospital to see if they were accepting new patients I was told the only way I could get in with as booked up as they were, was to get a referral from my primary care doctor I called and left a detailed message as to why I was calling; received a phone call from the doctors office the following day telling me they had someone in the office who did the same thing I was even reassured they took care of post menopausal issues , so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for this last week, expecting to get an annual female exam, instead it was a medication review which I did not need and she went over my lab work which was done by Dr. Vye earlier this year. She didnt even do the female exam I was lead to believe I would be receiving.
Astria Health Center - Family Medicine - Union Gap Shanee Andreas: They never answer the phone. Customer service is terrible. Usually a line out the door to check in. We have been waiting 2 weeks for Dr. Bremjit to fill out Emergency placement for my Mother-in-law who has a broken back. We have called every day with no call backs and are visiting for the 2nd time today to sit in there until someone helps us. If I could report them for neglect I would. There are so many unhappy people according to reviews. At what point are offices held reliable for terrible care????
Family Medicine of Yakima - Yakima Hye Parkman: The front desk provides the fast professional admin services. The doctors are very knowledgeable; they listen to my concerns and provide appropriate treatments and referrals. Of course nurses are friendly and doing the job well. I respect them all and am a very happy patient.
MultiCare Yakima Memorial Cornerstone Medicine - Yakima colleen silva: Even though I arrived early, my wait time was so short. The clerks at the front desk were friendly and eager to check me in.
The nurses aid and nurse were kind and efficient. My ARNP Caolae Jones was good at getting through the info and results of my recent shoulder surgery. I liked that she scheduled another appointment in 2 weeks to see how I’m doing with administering antibiotics at home and see that no infection has developed.

11th Avenue Family Medicine Clinic - Yakima Veronica Cortez: This is the third time I’ve seen this doctor and the third time I have felt like he did not help me at all. He literally said I don’t know how to help you. I don’t know you may need to see your surgeon.
When I seen another doctor that I was referred to because my surgeon was not able to address me she appointed me to My surgeon as well, but she helped me make sure that I got my appointment in and I was going to be addressed as soon as possible. She made sure I had to help before I left. She examined me and make sure my needs were being addressed as to this doctor did not he pushed on my stomach and said well I feel like you’re bloated, but I don’t know how to help you.
I don’t feel like my needs were being met at all. I feel like you should at least help me get my foot in the door to someone who knew how to help me at my time of week like the other doctor that I see.
Central Washington Family Medicine Clinic - Yakima Emeli Lazo: The receptionist people are always rude and talking with other employees when there’s a line. You can be there waiting and they’ll completely ignore you until they are ready. And the “doctors” are residents who clearly don’t know what they are doing. You ask for a doctor and you get a resident. Very annoying.
Yakima Gastroenterology Associates - Yakima Christi Mallow: It took almost 3 months to get an appointment for a hospital follow up. Referrals were supposedly faxed by my doctors office to you, only to find they had the wrong fax number. After the referral was received I now had to wait for the scheduler to call me for an appt. I patiently waited 2 weeks for her to call. When I called everyday I finally got an appt. The Dr. Was great and spent time with me and my husband. He did tell us that because there are doctor shortages, hes usually 2-3 months out. I just dont think the process was done very well.
